On arriving in Moscow, Prime Minister Modi met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at Novo-Ogaryovo where the two held ‘informal’ talks and gave each other bear hugs. The Main issue in the meeting was that Russia had decided to discharge all Indians working in the Russian army after PM Modi raised the issue.
