As a resident of Richmond, it's nice seeing whats developing in our community
everything seems so new and nice out there for sure! what do you like about the area for others to hear!
@@LivinginHoustonTX I love that its right in-between Cinco Ranch (Katy) and Sugar Land. Im in the Pecan Grove section of Richmond, so much more mature trees and non-mastsr planned community but I love that it still has that small town feel to it.
The school systems are fantastic and don't have as high of property taxes as Katy ISD
I've been waiting for you to show us. Im really excited about the development around the area. Solid stores and restaurants popping up.
Less than $500 000. The house is HUGE.
my motivation getting through college is your videos lol
it's so far out from the actual city. I'm not house shopping but I wouldn't settle for this one. Looks great tho. Props to the developers
If you want the best example of urban sprall go to Houston is what I learned from this channel. Who the heel cares if your 3k sqft home cost you less then 500k if it's 45+min from city center. I much rather live in a much smaller home where I can walk around and everything is a 5-15 min drive away.
we can help you find that too!!
That 59 is seriously nasty during rush hour. No doubt about it.
There is literally everything you need in richmond and Sugarland with a 10-20 min drive while having something bigger than a closet and much safer
Nice location between 90 and 59. Great prices. imo, this area is nicer then The Woodlands which has gotten too crowded. But that's just my opinion. What is the property tax rate in Harvest Green? Thanks.
Hi! Thank you for yr great videos. I would like to know if this beautoful houses are able to be subdivided for renting some rooms and living there also. Thank you! Regards from Argentina.
Property Taxes 12,000 to 16,000 dollars a year
What would the value of the home be for that rate?
@todd2324 on my quickly inflating house is about 13k. It was taxed at 418k, water tax alone is 1%. Now houses are 700k plus.
So thats about 7k gor water bill alone? Doesn't sound right, but thats the tax.
@plixie1 Wow, thanks for the response. There's no state income tax, but it seems like TX gets that tax revenue by taxing in other ways. I had no idea.
Daaamn, imma have to come down and check out what their building. How hot does it get in the summer?
Living in or near Seattle, these home prices make me envious... you can't get a studio apartment in an average area here for under $500k much of the time.
21:18 that's a hidden gun closet xD
While we in Ankara Turkey have been living in 300.000 USD 1700feet, i.e. 200 square meters 4+1 apartment. My mother's apartment is in the middle of 50.000 total university students possesing 3 very well known universities in Ankara Turkey Bilkent residences at 250.000 usd, 1600 feet.
That house is kind of tight
Do you need plans and permits? I can help!!!
Great videos
Thanks so much! Make sure to check out some more!!
Does Houston have something against driveways? Most of those houses looked like they only had street parking.
hahah it looks like that but these are the show homes so they dont put driveways in for them and the garage is the sales office! yes they all have driveways when you buy the actual house!
Sometimes 4 or 5 people are living in the house (to save money) and they all have cars. Lots of young people (30-40s) are doing that around Houston now I notice. So some have to park on the street. I know, it looks crappy.
Why would you park in the driveway?
Lots of cars in the driveway and the street is a big red flag for an area. Imho

Hi's in Turkiye
hello there~
It’s beautiful but ain’t the electricity suck their?😂
Nice hkuses but I don't like the way you both show houses. You do a quick in and out, not really showing the whole rooms and closets a lkt of times.
It’s our style! We find that most people do enjoy looking at the house, but more importantly, choosing where to live is the biggest decision so we like to really highlight the community but thanks for the comment
Hook me up.
Like a tow truck!!
No your content is very informative, im looking that price of house and the place. Are u a realtor too?
Back off the School district every two minutes. Like your videos but sick of hearing about the schools ever Two minutes. Two times would be more than enough :-)
Looks like boring houses... large area, too densely built up buildings... then you sit at home in fear of the big storms ??... no basement.... one house fire and the whole area explodes in a short time... long stairs... if you get hurt... difficult problem... and especially as you get older.
Texas is the worst state to live in for 2023. You must be in real estate?
STOP ! Stop say I Houston. IT OS NOT HOUSTON
