I misplayed at 12:05. I should've added Dux to my hand and then search & send Phalanx to GY with Gae Dearg, just after. I forgot I didn't normal summon yet! I could've had an extra NEGATE on the board, in the form of Borreload Savage Dragon, or a Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon... oops! ^^"

Which do I prioritise Crystal Wing or Hope XYZ monster?

You always wanna prioritize making Crystal Wing on the 5th summon, if you're able to, and then continue comboing from there, and, depending on your opening hand, you can end on a board that has both Crystal Wing and Hope Harbinger. However, if you're not able to make Crystal Wing early, because your hand doesn't allow for combo extension later, that's where decisions have to be made about which form of interruption you wanna end up on.
Our extra deck is versatile enough to cover many forms of interruption, so it's up to you to decide, depending on the match-up or depending on which match-up do you expect to face on the ranked ladder... If you expect your opponent to rely more on monster effects, you might wanna try to end up on more Monster Effect Negation/Interruption, like Crystal Wing, Areadbhair and Spheres. If you expect more Spells/Traps, then you might wanna end up on Borreload Savage Dragon (Omni negate) + Hope Harbinger and/or Hot Red Dragon, etc. If you wanna a mix of all forms of interruptions, you can end up on an Omni Negate (Savage) + Spheres + Crystal Wing + 1 or 2 other interruption(s)... It all depends on your opening hand and how many times you got interrupted on your combo and how many resources are still available to you during the combo, and after it.

What can dragunity do at first turn if your opponent activated Maxx C and we don't have any designator?

Well, like every other deck in Master Duel, whether it's meta or not, if you're going 1st, you play the infamous Maxx " C " mini-game: You better hope you see Ash, Called by, Gamma or Designator, in your opening hand, or you're forced to pass on an empty or mediocre board...
For Dragunity specifically, we don't have a set-in-stone combo for when we're hit by Maxx " C ", unfortunately. The shortest combo, that we have access to, for summoning Hieratic Seal, requires 2 special summons (so, 2 free draws for the opponent), which is done by normal summoning a tuner (Phalanx/Couse/Guisarme) and special summoning Remus from the GY (gotta get it in the GY first, ofc), and then go into Hieratic Seal... which is, ofc, not enough disruption and can be countered by " Called by the Grave ", by the opponent.

Hieratic into Koaki Meiru drago or Amorphage Goliath during the opponent's turn may be enough to get you to turn 3. But a Maxx C challenge is def a huge problem going first , actually the biggest problem.
