This is the best recipe of chicken salad ever !!! wow really amazing I have a question pls? What's the difference between the bottled sriracha u used compared to the regular sriracha? Is there a difference in taste /flavor
Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to drop by. The Thai bottled Sriracha is less sour and have a balance taste between sweet and sour. And the Roaster brand Sriracha that you can find at local markets is more on the acidity/sour end.
My auntie said you can't debone chicken feet so I searched this to prove her wrong and she wouldn't even watch I think she's just to proud of herself but ik I'm right now
Mary May Soriano I believed I used dark brown sugar in this video but plum sugar is even better. Yes, I slowly simmer the sugar until I get a slightly thick syrup.
Thank you for showing us how to deboned chicken feet I been looking all over TH-cam and cant find it till now. So helpful!! I will going to like ans subscribe to your channel!!! And also a qustion??? Do u have to put vinegar into the chicken feet? Does it makes a difference?
Thank you for the support. I notice with the vinegar, the cooked chicken feet is less slippery, the skin tighten, and less smelly. In honesty, you can get by without the vinegar. I’ve done it in the past. It’s all in the sauce. If the sauce is good your dish will come out delicious, regardless vinegar or no vinegar. Hope that helps. Good luck! 👍

Hi,is it plum seed? With the sugar to boil?
Mary May Soriano I believed I used dark brown sugar in this video but plum sugar is even better. Yes, I slowly simmer the sugar until I get a slightly thick syrup.

Plum sugar? It was palm sugar
Did you accidentally boiled sponge with your chicken feet?
Steve Sanouk No, the sponge was already in the sink. I was cleaning the sink while the chicken feet was cooking. I forget it was even there. 😂

Hi!! How did you make the palm sugar syrup?
I melt the palm sugar and add small amount of water. I cook that down in low heat until I get a sticky sauce. Hope that works. 😁
I must of not added enough palm sugar or too much water. I'll keep doing it til it's perfect. Thanks
SwTBbGrl99 yes you want your sugar to be more than the water. 😉
once i saw that nasty sponge....
Yes😬😂🤢I don’t know why people just dump what they cook just in sink🤦🏾♀️😤🤮and expect to be clean .
