Sir, in the 2nd picture.
I made the plot that these people are workers who work at enginnering site in the city and after work they have to sleep there and it's quite not safe for them to sleep there so my main hero whose profession can be anything discuss it with head contractor of construction work there to put tents for the workers in a nearby open ground so that the workers can rest there after work at night.
PLEASE REVIEW IT SIR PLEASE .😊😊
For first picture
From the picture i perceived two characters, one male of age 40 and one female of age 16. The main character of my story is sheela who is 16 yrs old and in class 10th. She is in neutral mood. Her father was suffering from lung cancer. One evening when she returned home after playing, she saw her father lying unconscious on the bed, seeing this she started to weep, she had no idea what ti do. Her mother had passed away when she was young, so she was all alone. However sheela gained some courage and called the ambulance. Her father was admitted in ICU. After remaining in critical condition for 1 week, he got recovered. Doctors appreciated sheela's courage, will power and the way she handled such a tough situation all alone.

I dont know about main characters age but your story has a lot of additional negativities in it.Of all the diseases you chose lung cancer...you added that mother had passed away which was not even shown in picture yet you added it as negative in story...lots of adjectives like courage will power is not preferred..my 7 year old nephew know more about ipad than me how is it tough for 16 year old to call ambulance and lastly no one recovers from cancer that too from critical condition in just a week. l

She informed her mother who was out of station and will be able to return next day. Sheela took care of her father, she spent night with him in the hospital and even prepared food for him, next day her mother returned back and his father got recovered by 3 days..
Will this work?? I have removed all the negative aspects and tried to make it more positive, please review it and recommend me for the same
In the second picture,
The Man name Akash is an colonel, who is with his team on a operation for last 10 days without eating and having a water, He found one of his mate from his team is getting weak, so looking after that he finally decided to allow everybody to take some rest and get back to it, without no hesitation being an officer he slept over on one of the team mate, and started thinking of the further planning to complete the operation, and how to take his troop safe and secure to the final destination.

Manish is going to his home by car .he saw one lady laying unconscious on road .she was pregnant. He took her to the near by hospital and admired her. From her purse find the phone number of her family member inform them. The doctor did delivery successfully, and the family members thanked Manish.

Fatima is a brave girl and her husband Ali had a heart surgery so they were having a financial problem.. So she was worried about her source of income.. She had a skills of tailoring or cloth chest so she decided to work and serve her family.. After couple of months her husband start working again and they both start living happily .

The man got gun shoted during the war, and immediately his buddies took him to the safer zone and started trying to make his buddy safe, at that time there was no medical officer they called up one of the medical officer and took his help to take out the bullet and saved him.

Avinash was studying in class12 in Holy public school Noida. While coming from school he saw that Ramesh uncle who was security guard of a nearby farmhouse was lying down.He immediately went there and found bleeding on his left part .He removed his shirt and found snake bite case.He tied the clothes on that part, givese first-aid from farm house and called doctor who operates and remove venom and gave medicines then He called his family, pacify them and went to his home .

From where i cam get the book sir was mentioning.
Fawad was railway officer. In vacation he went to lahore for meraige program.he was doing morning walk daily . In Lahore he was going to morning walk he saw the people they were waiting for vehicles and didn't found any vehicle so he was very upset and decided with other officer about making railway station in Lahore. He made railway station and solved the traveling issue and veligers were happy.
Buddy, railway officers are not capable of creating railway stations. This is an unrealistic story.

Sir in the picture where many people are shown in a railway station, there are about 7-8 characters. So while mention mood, age, gender in the box how many characters should we mention?

I get little more assured of my selection.

Anyone who has given psychological test in ssb knows that the officer before conducting the tests gives the instructions, that no need to worry about beautifying your language, its acceptable as long as it understandable and expresses you ideas clearly. You can't care for every little spelling mistake or grammatical error in 4 minutes. Sorry, Col. Nehru sir but your analysis of this individual is heavily influenced by your biases, thus you are not fit to do such tests.
Can't care about spelling in 4 minutes?
These 4 minutes is to apply pressure and see the real self. Speeling mistakes shows the person is taking too much pressure. As a graduate is atleast expected to do much better than that
