No, there is no need to precook the meat before stuffing it in the peppers as it will cook when fried. This is like lumpiang Shanghai; you use raw meat.

The only covering of the ground meat with the lumpia dish is lumpia wrapper, cooking time is around 8-10 mins due to its raw meat vs a direct contact with the pan. The situation with the dynamite is ground meat inside the green pepper and extra covering of the lumpia wrapper. Proper strength of fire in the stove and cooking time should be done. It’s the layer covering the meat. Whenever I make dynamite, I precook the meat due to the concern that I have to stuff it inside the pepper and wrapping it with the lumpia, to avoid longer cooking time and meat not cooking properly. Make sure advise on your video the cooking time considering raw meat inside the pepper.

@@KawalingPinoyBlogthe concern that I also have was that the spring roll wrapper you’re using is thicker than the traditional lumpia wrapper. You only mentioned fry till its golden brown and crispy, unfortunately not all viewers are keen on being raw inside. Pls indicate cooking time. We been cooking the normal lumpia with raw meat inside for 8-10 mins deep fried too. Imagine raw meat stuff inside the pepper plus the spring roll/lumpia wrapper. That’s why most dynamite recipes I’ve seen in TH-cam, are all precooked meat due to the danger of the meat not being cook properly or raw. Pls consider not everyone are experience cooks watching the videos. Thank you

@@Mayfernandez21 the peppers don't hold a lot of meat, and since they're not overfilled, they cook pretty fast.
