It has to be a pleasure to cook in such a beautiful and well appointed kitchen...and it shows. I'm happy to have found you on TV and now youtube...just this morning! I'm a 70 yr old bachelor from southeastern Indiana and not a skilled cook. Your shows and vids are easy to understand AND you make things that I like. Thank you for posting and making our lives a little tastier. I'm trying that baked/fried chicken and cream corn right away :-)

Made the creamed corn tonight, adding a small diced jalapeños and cumin. I salt every step so end result is perfectly seasoned. Delicious Sara! Thanks so very much for sharing your recipe! Left out the Basil due to southwest theme!

On the fried chicken she says you won't use all the butter, 2-sticks, and then proceeds to use all the butter. I love it
