Pakistan is a strange country. While people all over the world eat healthy breakfast in Pakistan it is all about oil and fatty food. Halwa puri as breakfast? A male needs around 3500 kcal daily while female around 2500. Halwa puri would cover all the meals neeeded for that day. But no. People will drink tea with lot of sugar and milk. 5000 kcal a day and no exercise. No wonder diabetes and coronary diseases are at the rise in Pakistan.
