Artistic Boutique Hotel In Old Town Scottsdale, Az: Hotel Adeline - A Unique Graffiti Experience

- If you're looking for a cute boutique hotel in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ, we want to introduce you to the Hotel Adeline!
We stayed there for a couple of days for New Year's Eve, and we really liked it. It's decorated with fun art installations, has good amenities, and excellent food (at least, for breakfast. We ate there both days and highly recommend it. Although make sure you watch for Jacki's pro-tip where coffee is concerned.)
Located just North of the intersection of Scottsdale Rd and Camelback Rd, it's in the heart of everything. You're within walking distance to Scottsdale Fashion Mall, several restaurants, and the Harkins Movie Theater. If you're going a little further distance but don't want to drive, you can take out one of the hotel's bikes they have onsite.
We think it was a converted mid century apartment or condo building. It IS great, but not perfect. A few things to note:
1. The walls are thin. I mean, they're not the worst, but certainly you can hear your neighbor if they're talking loud or blaring their TV.
2. The door to the bathroom is a barn door style. So again, it provides visual privacy but not privacy for noise.
3. Not all the electrical outlets were working, so the first morning we stayed I woke up to an uncharged phone.
But it is cute, clean, very nice people on staff, and has a great location. So we recommend it!
