Absolutely crazy. How could you even suggest Kingston Upon Thames is equivalent to Mongkok. Mongkok is a buzzing maze of narrow streets, known for shopping, food, night life and where people go to gather. Kingston is none of that.
I would say the place that reminds me most of Mong Kok in London would be Camden Town...lots of stalls selling punk style stuff and street food, and it's really crowded...and a bit shady...

就算在倫敦，都爭好遠，香港係熱鬧好多，可能香港地方細，每樣野都緊凑好多，外國地方大，樓方婑。

香港的旺角又細又人多，好穢，舊樓又多，英國絕不會像旺角，起碼空氣清新好多、衞生根本不能相比
