Last Siren Test of the Lansing MI Federal Signal Thunderbolt1000T on Museum Drive

- I went to Lansing for there very last siren to film the Thunderbolt1000T on Museum drive and I met up with James there also my Uniden BC125AT Bearcat Analog did the FSK activation tone for Lansing so I had so much fun in Lansing and the Thunderbolt1000T was very loud it had 126-127 decibels even my 3rd time hearing a 5/6 Port in person including my first time hearing a Thunderbolt1000T on chopper level 5 so it was my best day ever for the final test day next month Lansing is replacing the Federal Signal Thunderbolt1000Ts with Federal Signal Equinox’s so I hope you enjoyed my video thanks for watching I’ll see you in the next sirens test video which is Redford Charter Township Jaycee Park Federal Signal Thunderbolt1000 on December 4th and it will have a pretty big meet up Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's a sound from my childhood! I lived about a mile away from there and I'm sure that very siren is one of the ones I would hear growing up. They used to test them on the first Saturday of every month. But when they'd use them to warn of a real tornado, they'd really crank them up loud! It would shake the whole house!
What's gonna happen to the Thunderbolt's after they're removed?

@@mxsr7 How much do they sell a complete siren for and how long do they hold on to them? I want to buy a 1000T in the next 3 to 5 years, restore it and start a siren collection of my own.

@@Tbolt1000TForLife right now for the blower and head, it is $1,600. Head only is $800. The price seems to upper in the winter

This isn't the last test! this one is close to my house so I went there and the head is in a different position.
