Mam i wanna share a thing with you.. I passed fmge in 2020 aug, which was the most difficult paper in the history of fmge perhaps..Not trying to brag, just mentioning coz it was genuinely difficult to get through considering the regular fmge pattern...At that time, I was not aware abt you teaching path n micro and i really regret that....I got to know abt you just 2months back.. I am preparing for neetpg now..
I covered micro n patho entirely with you this time on unacademy n i can not thank you enough for making our lives so much easier by teaching us these two subjects with your amazing teaching skills.. You are the best)))) 🥰🥰. . The feeling is like preeti mam hain toh micro n patho ke liye worry nhi krna hamne😊😊
Aug 2020 exam goes down in history as the game changer for fmges. So all credit to you for having been able to crack that exam. I'm sure you will do equally well in neetpg also. 23:45 it was...most common indication of splenectomy ..... There was one of option... Idiopathic thrombocytopenia
Mam question was what is the most common cause of splenectomy
Option are
ITP and HS
Still it would be HS only.
ITP can be of two types- Acute And Chronic. While acute ITP is self limiting , chronic ITP is first treated with steroid. Splenectomy would be considered only in steroid refractory cases.

Mam there was a case that pt had headache and ICP was raised systemic causes were normal was mentioned.....and options were temporal arteritis,pseudotumor cerebri
Most importantly she was obese female with headache

Madam all the questions you have mentioned it in the video all came in the exam...no day dreaming and no hallucination madam...no option like buergers and bergers. Also they mentioned truck driver in syphilis question.

Question was not about giant cell artritis it was sudden severe headache and quality of the headache was different this time so definitely it is subarachnoid haemorrhage and not an temporal artritis

Ma’am in question 1, in option Antoni A was given too.
In question where temporal head1 was there,,,in question it asked too about headache which worsen at the end of the day…in a female..and in option migraine was there too.
Must be mentioned in the options I suppose. Answer would still remain psammoma and whirling as history is indicative of meningioma

Most students mentioned highest/maximum was asked. The order is GAMDE in order of maximum to least concentrate in the serum. The answer will be as per this sequence
