Had 5 folk for company who all thought they were on the WHW, including 2 cyclists??!!!. I carried on to An Caisteal & Beinn a' Chroin & back down WHW to the campsite for a couple of cold ciders!!!!!.😋

@@hikingwithfrank315 I did it 2 years ago in snow and it was a class day out. Well I say that, I had to bail about 850ish as I was struggling with a cough that turned out to be Covid. Redid in the summer and regretted every step 😂

I had a scary moment when I did this hill with my then 10 year old grandson a few years back. We were on our way down, negotiating our way through the bog and I had instructed him to follow in my footsteps. However he strayed only slightly and when I turned round he had sank up to his groin in the bog. Slightly panicking that he might sink further, I struggled to find ground around him to support my weight, but eventually I managed to get my arms under his armpits and pulled him out (all the time hoping his boots wouldn't get sucked from his feet). What a mess we both were!! We laughed about it later but it definitely wasn't funny at the time😬!

Nice to see a video that shows a good forecast with all the miserable weather we have had. Also nice to see that munro in all it's glory. I done this one last year in terrible conditions, clag, wind rain and snow higher up on the nobly sections and summit. I don't think it matters when people do this one it will always be a rotten bogfest. Great video as always Frank and look forward to seeing the next one. Take care mate

I've got 53 left so I have choices , if not a Munro then there is plenty of good Corbetts, and I don't have to travel as far 😅

@@itsablack1 yeh we did the 2 westerly ones, those 2 you did are great as well, hope you did the Corbett next to Moruisg as that a good one.

I done it flood conditions, the bridge was closed as was the campsite due to safety reason, so I just climbed over it.
You must be near to finishing now Frank ?
