I wouldn't order this if it has nuts on it. Why does everything have to have nuts? Any Boston Kreme pie that I ever saw had no nuts. Some of us don't like nuts. Why should we be left out? Make two kinds. One with stupid nuts and then a better version.
I used to be a nut hater too. Until my husband opened up my world. The key to delicious nuts? Toast them! Toasting the nuts takes them from a gross nugget of boring-ness… to gorgeous, caramelized, buttery morsels. I can’t get enough of toasted almonds, pecans, walnuts and hazelnuts. And a good Turkish pistachio baklava? I get teary-eyed from its explosive decadent deliciousness.
I've never had tried a real boston creme pie, but I betcha it would delicious!!
awesome, chef! congrats on TV!
I also like eclairs and cream donuts.
Malcolm X and Ho Chi Minh worked here. Ho Chi Minh was a baker and Malcolm X was a waiter.
$9 a slice!
I ate I was at the hotel , it was dry how disappointed
Cool
.. And the chef wasn't too shabby on the eyes either.....! 😉🌹
If I ever go to Boston I will try it (as long as it's under $10).
