Honestly I've never seen a pre-cut vacuform model before. Which is great, I hate cutting them out.

Oh, boy... You're in for a ride and it's not gonna be a joyful one, Doc.
Those are produced by a local conman, from what I remember. Basically, you have to use Heller's Alphajet to complete the "kit". The vacuform is of the absolute lowest quality, down to the very same material used. The kits are pure rubbish, to put it simple.
Rarely enough, 1982's decals and auxiliary products are very good. I have their decal setter and while it is strong, it doesn't turn the decals into mush.
I'd say you keep the Pampa in your stash as a modeling oddity.

The state of scale modelling as a whole in Argentina is an absolute joke. People sell you $100 USD 1975 Tamiya kits because they're old retired people and resellers at that. Shameless.
