La fabrication du RiZ Aplati /The Making of Ambok Cambodian Pounded Rice | Au Cambodge 2021

Quelques mois avant la fin de l'année, surtout au Cambodge, on voit généralement du riz aplati vendu partout. Il peut être consommé seul comme collation ou cuit pour être croustillant puis mélangé avec de jus de coco ou de la banane. On peut aussi le cuisiner avec du porc haché et des crevettes séchées.
Bien qu'il soit très courant de trouver Ambok sur tous les marchés locaux, le processus de fabrication n'est pas très fréquent. C'est pourquoi nous nous sommes arrêtés à cet endroit pour vous montrer brièvement comment il est produit dans la vidéo.
A few months before year-end especially in, in Cambodia we typically see pounded rice sold everywhere. It can be eaten as snacks by itself or cook it to be crispy then mix with coconut water or banana. We can also cook it with chopped pork and dried shrimp.
Though it's very common to find Ambok at all local markets, the process of making it is not seen very often. That is why we stopped by this place to show you briefly how it is produced in the video.
