This message for Dr Mario Joseph & Dr Gigi Mario. You are very correct (including part 2) in saying that tithe is for the persist and for the temple and holy for Jehovah. ( Lev:23:20 They are sacred offering to the Lord for the priest. ) So the tithe is for the livelihood of the priest and his family. But please remember that these days almost all priests, pastors, elders, etc are paid by the parish or the church - almost equal or little more than the salary of an ordinary govt employee. It is not for the construction of an air- conditioned house or a luxury car. An ordinary member who is a labourer gets around 20 or 30 thousand a month gives 2 or 3 thousand as tithe whereas the tuition fee of the pastor for his child is 2-3 thousand a month. Please give your comments. Should I pay under such circumstances.
It is very true. We parents started to give thithe, children were seeing this , now children become big, now they started to give so 100 folds blessing also coming. Amen

@Mario Brother ! interesting to see you greeting as “ Shalom Alaikum” - almost like Salam Alaikum ! It has an equal translation in Malayalam to greet Malayalees . Then why would you use the foreign language ? I asked this question to an Islamist, not just Salam , but about most commonly used Arabic words in greeting and praying .. His answer was that if it is done in Arabic then the rewards are better than than if English / Malayalam is used .. His point is that Arabic is a more concise language and it takes 100x words more to express something in other language. hence Muslims in China or Europe etc are asked to use the Arabic words as in Quran released in Arabic original version . Do you agree ? And say a similar situation exist for Christians as well ?

As I am busy I only had a quick glance on this video. A lesson for me to comment only after seeing a video fully. Very good talk but I think there is a mistake in your talk regarding tithing. Hopefully the points I have posted would help Dr Mario Joseph for his next Talks on tithing in the New Testament times Talks I have seen or heard by other charismatic retreat preachers on this subject are generally incomplete if not incorrect.

I agree with almost every thing, but why Going For Holy Tour from the money kept separately for Charity Secondly, Today Religious studies are Aimed at Increasing communal feelings in youngsters, may this will increase the number of followers But i feel this as an unfair way: in my opinion we must include 20% of the content in religious education syllabus to promote secularism and unity of country , also 25% of question in exams should be from this area and rest can be solely from Religious beliefs so that religions will also sustain.

I appreciate your effort Dr. Mario Joseph. A lot of good things. But your teaching is incomplete and I think has a few mistakes. You did not quote the New Testament(NT) , the Apostolic Fathers and infallible statements of Ecumenical Councils. Moreover you did not speak of the attitude a Christian needs when offering Tithe. I could have contributed a few points, but at the moment I am busy. If I get time will do so. How is an OT law appropriate to a NT child of God has not been proven by your talk. Don't misunderstand me, I believe in tithing

Mr. Mario, I just viewed your video today though it was uploaded 3 years ago. From this talk, I could imagine how you people are misinterpreting the Bible verses with wicked ideas. It is not only you but also all priests, pastors, etc. are doing the same with an eye to loot the people. The subject matter is very clearly written in Deuteronomy 14:22-29. It is self-explanatory. Anybody can understand it very clearly. You have totally diverted and bluffed the people. What a fate of the people, listening people like you, priests, pastors, etc. Please don't think, the general public are not as you people want to.

@friends4aneesh Aaha best. I know they did some charity to crush flock's mouths. Spending 1% to the charity isn't they have to do. If they ready to spend at least 50% that they have, there will no more suffer from poverty and illness. Why they spend millions to build some sky scrappers known as churches? Did the Bible told us to do?... You are not following the Bible either Jesus. The Catholic church is only a demonic church which misuses Jesus's name. Why you need that forgotten books. I think it's still available to read. Why don't try that to prove your catholic belief? I'm only saying these from today's Bible. I can assure that the catholic church doesn't follow it. Furthermore, the catholic church is only around 1500 years old.

ദശാംശം കൊടുക്കൽ പുരാതന യിസ്രായേൽ ജാതിക്ക്‌ മോശ മുഖാന്തരം ദൈവം നൽകിയ നിയമസംഹിതയുടെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്നു. പുരോഹിത കുലമായ ലേവ്യ ഗോത്രത്തിന് യാതൊരു ദേശവും അവകാശമായി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് അവരെ പുലർത്താൻ ന്യായപ്രമാണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. ദശാംശം കൊടുക്കൽ യിസ്രായേലിന്‍റെ ആലയവും പൗരോഹിത്യവും നിലനിർത്താൻ മോശൈക ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിലെ ഒരു വ്യവസ്ഥയായിരുന്നു. ഇന്നത്തെ ക്രിസ്‌ത്യാനികളോട്‌ ഇത് കല്‌പിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അതിന്‍റെ ആവശ്യവുമൊട്ടില്ല. അപ്പസ്തോലനായ പൌലോസ് ഒരിക്കലും ദശാംശത്തിന്‍റെ രൂപത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും പകരം നല്‌കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടില്ല. മറിച്ച്‌, ഒരു കൂടാരപ്പണിക്കാരനായി അംശകാല ജോലി ചെയ്‌തുകൊണ്ട്‌ തന്റെ സ്വന്തം ചെലവ്‌ വഹിക്കാൻ മനസ്സുള്ളവനായിരുന്നു. ലേവ്യരോടാണ് ദശാംശം പിരിക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞത്. ... ലേവ്യർ ആരാണ്. ? അത് ന്യായപ്രമാണം. ക്രിസ്തു ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിൽ നിന്ന് നമ്മെ വിലക്കൂ വാങ്ങി.അതിനാൽ ക്രിസ്തുവില്ലള്ളവർക്ക് ന്യായപ്രമാണം ബാധകമല്ല. പുതിയ നിയമപ്രകാരം ,ദേവാലം പള്ളികൾ അല്ല ... വീണ്ടും ജനിച്ച ദൈവമക്കൾ ആണ്. ഇപ്പോൾ പുരോഹിതന്മാർ പ്രത്യേകിച്ചില്ല. ... എല്ലാ ദൈവമക്കളും രാജ്യവും പുരോഹിതനമാണ്. പള്ളി ദേവാലയമല്ല' അച്ചന്മാർ പുരോഹിതരുമല്ല. ലേവ്യപൗരോഹിത്യം നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു. അതിനാൽ ദശാംശം കൊടുക്കണ്ട. .. അച്ചന്മാർ വേറെ ജോലി ചെയ്ത് ജീവിക്കട്ടെ.
ബ്രദർ മരിയോ, ഈ പഴയ നിയമമൊക്കെ മിശിഹയുടെ ക്രൂശു മരണത്തോടെ ഇല്ലാതെ ആയെന്നു പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന കാതോലിക്ക ഓർത്തഡോൿസ് പോലെ ഉള്ള സഭകളുടെ ഒരുപാട് പുരോഹിതന്മാരും വിശ്വാസികളും ഉണ്ട്.ദശാംശം മാത്രം ഇപ്പോളും ഒരു മാറ്റവും കൂടാതെ മേടിച്ചു വരുന്നുണ്ട്.ശവസംസ്കാര ശ്രിശ്രുഷ ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരിക്കണമെന്നും ഉള്ള ആചാര നിയമങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്. അതിനുള്ള മുടന്തൻ ന്യായങ്ങളും നിങ്ങയൊക്കെ പറയും. പഴയ നിയമത്തിൽ ലേവി ഗോത്രത്തിന്റെ ആചാരങ്ങളും അവകാശങ്ങളും എന്തൊക്കെ ആണെന് ബ്രദർനു അറിയാമെന്നൊക്കെ എനിക്ക് അറിയാം.അവർ അതൊക്കെ തെറ്റിച്ചാൽ ഉള്ള യഹോവയുടെ ശിക്ഷയും അറിയാമായിരിക്കുമെന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു.വിശ്വാസികൾക്കും ചെയ്‌യേണ്ടതും അനുസരിക്കേണ്ടതുമായ നിയമങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട്.പക്ഷെ ആദ്യം ഈ പുരോഹിത വർഗം ചെയ്തു കാണിക്കു.വിശ്വാസികൾ ചൂഷണത്തിന് ഇരയാകുന്നു എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോ ബ്രദർന്റെ മുഖത്തെ പുച്ഛം. അച്ചന്മാർ പട്ടിണി കിടന്നു എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോ ഉള്ള ദുഃഖം. അതിനെ മാർക്കറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ ബ്രദർനു അറിയാം. ഹ്യൂസ്റ്റനിൽ ഉള്ള അച്ഛൻ ഫുഡ് കഴിക്കാൻ 15km യാത്ര ചെയ്തപ്പോ ഇത്ര വേദനിക്കേണ്ട.2km പോയാലും ഹോട്ടൽ കിട്ടും.അപോസ്റ്റാലന്മാര് ആരും എസി മുറിയിൽ കിടന്നും നല്ല ഭക്ഷണവും കഴിച്ചല്ല സുവിശേഷം അറിയിച്ചത്.എപ്പോളും വിശ്വാസികളുടെ കാശിൽ തിന്നും കുടിച്ചും കറങ്ങി നടന്നു ശീലിച്ചത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഈ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടു.സഭയെ വളർത്താനും ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ വെച്ചുള്ള ബിസിനസ് വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കാനും ഉള്ള ഓട്ടം അല്ലെ. അല്ലാതെ സുവിശേഷം അറിയാകാനുള്ള ഓട്ടമല്ളോ.അപ്പോ അതൊക്കെ സഹിക്കാമെന്നതേയുള്ളു. പീഡനങ്ങളും കൊലപാതകവും ഗർഫം അലസിപ്പിക്കലുകളും കുമ്പസാര ചൂഷണവും ചാരിറ്റി നടത്തേണ്ട ക്യാഷ് കൊണ്ട് ധൂർത്തും ഇതൊക്കെയും ഒരു ടോപ്പിക്ക് ആക്കി ഒരു വീഡിയോ എടുക്കു ബ്രദർ. എപ്പോളും ഇങ്ങനെ വിശ്വികൾക്കു ക്ലാസ് എടുത്തു മാത്രം നടന്ന മതിയോ. മിശിഹ തെറ്റുകളെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തവനാണ് . അല്ലാതെ ധ്യാന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ നടത്താൻ സഭയിലെ വെള്ള പൂശിയ കുഴിമാടങ്ങൾക്കു ചൂട്ടു പിടിച്ചു നിൽക്കാൻ അല്ല മിശിഹ പഠിപ്പിച്ചത്.കുറച്എങ്കിലും ദൈവത്തോടും നീതി പുലർത്തു. -യഹോവ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ

(maybe it will be in their church Cannon law). churches follow Cannon law, not biblical laws. And gave an explanation that our fore-fathers who established the church who have the spirit of God directly derived the Cannon law from the bible. but not any one of the Apostles never establish such a law. they all follow their Heavenly Fathers law and commandments.

This message for Dr Mario Joseph & Dr Gigi Mario. You are very correct (including part 2) in saying that tithe is for the persist and for the temple and holy for Jehovah. ( Lev:23:20 They are sacred offering to the Lord for the priest. )
So the tithe is for the livelihood of the priest and his family.
But please remember that these days almost all priests, pastors, elders, etc are paid by the parish or the church - almost equal or little more than the salary of an ordinary govt employee. It is not for the construction of an air- conditioned house or a luxury car.
An ordinary member who is a labourer gets around 20 or 30 thousand a month gives 2 or 3 thousand as tithe whereas the tuition fee of the pastor for his child is 2-3 thousand a month.
Please give your comments. Should I pay under such circumstances.

@Mario Brother ! interesting to see you greeting as “ Shalom Alaikum” - almost like Salam Alaikum ! It has an equal translation in Malayalam to greet Malayalees . Then why would you use the foreign language ?
I asked this question to an Islamist, not just Salam , but about most commonly used Arabic words in greeting and praying .. His answer was that if it is done in Arabic then the rewards are better than than if English / Malayalam is used .. His point is that Arabic is a more concise language and it takes 100x words more to express something in other language. hence Muslims in China or Europe etc are asked to use the Arabic words as in Quran released in Arabic original version .
Do you agree ? And say a similar situation exist for Christians as well ?

My apologies to you Dr Mario on jumping on the gun. I can now see that at around 15.35 minutes that you would speak on tithing based on the New-Testament on a later video. As I am busy I only had a quick glance on this video. A lesson for me to comment only after seeing a video fully. Very good talk but I think there is a mistake in your talk regarding tithing.
Hopefully the points I have posted would help Dr Mario Joseph for his next Talks on tithing in the New Testament times
Talks I have seen or heard by other charismatic retreat preachers on this subject are generally incomplete if not incorrect.

Secondly, Today Religious studies are Aimed at Increasing communal feelings in youngsters, may this will increase the number of followers
But i feel this as an unfair way: in my opinion we must include 20% of the content in religious education syllabus to promote secularism and unity of country , also 25% of question in exams should be from this area and rest can be solely from Religious beliefs so that religions will also sustain.

I appreciate your effort Dr. Mario Joseph. A lot of good things. But your teaching is incomplete and I think has a few mistakes.
You did not quote the New Testament(NT) , the Apostolic Fathers and infallible statements of Ecumenical Councils.
Moreover you did not speak of the attitude a Christian needs when offering Tithe. I could have contributed a few points, but at the moment I am busy. If I get time will do so.
How is an OT law appropriate to a NT child of God has not been proven by your talk. Don't misunderstand me, I believe in tithing

Good. Thanks for informing Amir. My apologies to you Dr Mario on jumping on the gun. I can now see that at around 15.35 minutes. As I am busy I only had a quick glance on this video. A lesson for me to comment only after seeing a video fully. Very good talk but I think there is a mistake in his talk regarding tithing.
Hopefully the points I have posted would help Dr Mario Joseph for his next Talks on tithing in the New Testament times
Talks I have seen or heard by other charismatic retreat preachers on this subject are generally incomplete if not incorrect.
Mr. Mario, I just viewed your video today though it was uploaded 3 years ago. From this talk, I could imagine how you people are misinterpreting the Bible verses with wicked ideas. It is not only you but also all priests, pastors, etc. are doing the same with an eye to loot the people. The subject matter is very clearly written in Deuteronomy 14:22-29. It is self-explanatory. Anybody can understand it very clearly. You have totally diverted and bluffed the people. What a fate of the people, listening people like you, priests, pastors, etc.
Please don't think, the general public are not as you people want to.

ദശാംശം കൊടുക്കൽ പുരാതന യിസ്രായേൽ ജാതിക്ക്‌ മോശ മുഖാന്തരം ദൈവം നൽകിയ നിയമസംഹിതയുടെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്നു. പുരോഹിത കുലമായ ലേവ്യ ഗോത്രത്തിന് യാതൊരു ദേശവും അവകാശമായി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് അവരെ പുലർത്താൻ ന്യായപ്രമാണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. ദശാംശം കൊടുക്കൽ യിസ്രായേലിന്‍റെ ആലയവും പൗരോഹിത്യവും നിലനിർത്താൻ മോശൈക ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിലെ ഒരു വ്യവസ്ഥയായിരുന്നു. ഇന്നത്തെ ക്രിസ്‌ത്യാനികളോട്‌ ഇത് കല്‌പിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അതിന്‍റെ ആവശ്യവുമൊട്ടില്ല.
അപ്പസ്തോലനായ പൌലോസ് ഒരിക്കലും ദശാംശത്തിന്‍റെ രൂപത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും പകരം നല്‌കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടില്ല. മറിച്ച്‌, ഒരു കൂടാരപ്പണിക്കാരനായി അംശകാല ജോലി ചെയ്‌തുകൊണ്ട്‌ തന്റെ സ്വന്തം ചെലവ്‌ വഹിക്കാൻ മനസ്സുള്ളവനായിരുന്നു. (പ്രവൃത്തികൾ 18:3, 4) തികഞ്ഞ ആത്മാർത്ഥതയോടെ പൌലോസിന് ഇങ്ങനെ പറയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു: “എന്‍റെയും എന്നോടുകൂടെയുള്ളവരുടെയും ആവശ്യത്തിനുവേണ്ടി ഈ കരങ്ങൾ അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.”-പ്രവൃത്തികൾ 20:34.

@@secilrods5170 Let it be the pastors, brothers or any priests. tell them that we will give the tithe(1/10 of the annual earnings) directly to the church. they don't have the authority to ask or to snatch it from believers.its not biblical. (maybe it will be in their church Cannon law). churches follow Cannon law, not biblical laws. And gave an explanation that our fore-fathers who established the church who have the spirit of God directly derived the Cannon law from the bible. but not any one of the Apostles never establish such a law. they all follow their Heavenly Fathers law and commandments.
