Thanks a lot for this. I like to use the standard wig caps cuz I find these dome caps don’t work w my shallow forehead. They slide off. Any tips for guidelines on the other type of wig caps ?
Could it be that the measurements are off ? And do you use an adjustable band?
@@wigsbyher I’ll try this once more. But I was meticulous about measuring the wefts by taking them off my mannequin after cutting each weft to size and then sewing onto the cap

It’s the same thing lol. I always do it this way and just part my closure on the side if I’m doing a side part 😇💕.

Either or works! I personally always sewed under , so I kind of just sticked to it and got comfortable with it Lol.
How do you keep the cap from becoming smaller after sewing all of the tracks?
Idk how yall get the closure so flat on the dome head. One side is always bumpy smh. Maybe its because i have a small head idk
