Depending on your body weight height and age your calorie limit is diffrent but I've lost 2kg in 5days by eating very little (never over 1000kcl and mostly between 400-60₩) and walking at least 6.000steps a day. It's not very healty and harder to maintain so this ,,quick fix" isn't a solution that works for everyone.
