I see some people criticizing the owner of the car in terms of the filth in it; I actually applaud people like that, using a Land Rover exactly what it was meant to be used for! You don’t need a Land Rover to cruise up and down a boulevard for shopping - most Land Rover / Range Rover cars have never seen an inch of dirt in their life. No! Get out there in the field, plow through a muddy country road, get in there with your filthy boots and wet jacket! Excellent. And sure, the owner can place some protective padding on the seats and in the booth to prevent it for being this filthy, but hey, when work needs to be done, you just go for it. Also; great cleaning video! You did an awesome job!
FretFreak02 this has to be my best comment ever thanks so much I completely agree with you why anyone would need a 4x4 to go to Morrison’s or Sainsbury’s I’ll never know yes I know the owner and this where’s those big tyres for a reason and it’s not to park in parent and child 👶👌🏻👌🏻
I've got an old 1988 Chevy 1500 Silverado that you could almost eat off the carpet. It kills me how some people treat vehicles. Great video by the way. Keep doing you and hustling man. You'll grow this channel fast.
Would it not have been better when cleaning the back to start with the trim then the back of the seats then floor below that finally the boot and door carpet ?
Stunning job, a pleasure to watch and learn. I wish you could spend half an hour with our valeter (at my workplace). Your videos are just great and make me smile. Thanks for sharing your tips, amazing videos.
Still playing catch up on vids Paul. Your the best rim cleaner on TH-cam! 😂 great results, great, honest product reviews. Thanks for all the effort and work you put into these vids. 😊
Check the battery terminals. My discovery 3 had this issue and there ended up being some heavy corrosion on the connections which caused the terminals to loosen. When the vehicle moved it would cause the clamps to shift and disconnect from the battery itself. I replaced the terminals and never had trouble again!
Paul, we see a shed load of products, which is great. I especially like that you say what you think and explore items for different budgets. So, my question is, would you put together a vid on your all time best products as in, 1 product for wheels, tyres, shampoo, polish, wax etc. Including brushes and machines. In every vid we can see huge amounts of products in the back ground and this has always made me think “which is your favourites”. Thanks for the videos., love the dry humour. Cheers
Zac Newton That’s a bloody good idea and one I’ve tried to shoot my main problem is I’m snowed under with brands wanting videos but very good idea 💡😍🙏🏻
Hi Paul, a new subscriber here. Can you recommend a wheel cleaning brush. I’ve tried eBay and Halfords they all fall to pieces. Usually the wire bends and becomes loose in the handle rendering them useless.
Wow this is lush. I don’t have the SE version of the Diso. I have a S one instead and it’s a killer to clean. But now with you showing me what to do and do a proper cleaning job for it Im gonna have to save up a little bit of cash now to get all of the cleaning equipment and supplies used in your video. Thanks pal. It gives me and my dad something to do on a weekend when we don’t go to work.
EarnedEar 4 hey thanks dude these are just some tips there’s always room for improvement I should have invested in a cordless dress with brush attachments but that’s for next time thanks for your positive comments 👍🏻
John speaks very highly of you. You are a joy to watch and supporting Uk products. Great job as usual, bet the owners were stunned. What a transformation in a day.
Disco3 I will when I’ve bought one listen to my narration it’s something I didn’t have which would have saved loads of time but sure I’ll review it when I get it 👍🏻
I detailed a Disco 4 a few weeks ago.. also in rough shape (not as bad inside) but needed some paint correction.. the gray is a lovely colour in the sun! Great job as always Paul.. nice to see a really dirty car come back!
Great video Paul and a lovely job too. I can’t agree with you though about supporting the UK detailing industry when they charge ridiculous prices. There’s no way the detail factory brushes are worth the money, way to overpriced as nice as they are. Take EZ Car Care, their products are superbly priced and good too so I am more than happy to put my hand in my pocket
Phillip Elson it’s a very tricky position for me because I review so many brands and I do agree that there very pricey for what they are and you are correct about EZ care car in a way we are very lucky in the UK where there are so many brands out for us to choose from it all depends on how deep your pockets are 👍🏻
Paul Dolden Details I totally understand where you are coming from and I always buy British where I can, especially products but lots of microfibres and brushes are way too expensive. I tend to buy what fits the bill but never compromise on shampoos, waxes, sealants etc
Phillip Elson yes I agree with that MF towels etc and accessories can be found quite cheaply but waxes and sealants etc you tend to get what you pay for 👍🏻
I read online some people say you should rinse upwards, not downwards as you do, not criticising. just wondering if it makes a difference? Great work, probably dirty the next day
Always downwards. You always want to push any contaminant to the ground. Its a bit of common sense to be honest. How you wash your dishes? The tap water always runs from the top down. 0
What a transformation - I can feel the aching arms and back from here! I’ve had great results with the Garage Therapy decon shampoo and will have try the rest of the range.
Hi Paul. Lots of hard work and great results. I used Garage Therapy Zero Decon shampoo on Friday and have just uploaded part 1 of a Decon and & new Protection combo video on my channel and have to say it worked exceptionally well. I have used other decon shampoos in the past and this is head and shoulders above well known brands like Adams. Great reviews of other products. Its great channels like yours that give me leads, tricks and techniques to learn and progress. Very many thanks.
Hi there Paul. 1st time seeing your videos and subscribed. I follow John but I have never seen no video of him linked to you. Is that 7.5million subs you have?
Great video Paul, wow you really worked your magic on all that filth. As always plenty of tips for a novice like me now looking at some internal brushes from County Details 👍
I bought a new nilfisk 120 and it came with the auto nozzle and i must say its so much safer, especially after the countless times ive buggered chipped paint.

Paul Dolden Details haha, great to be on the same level on this with you! :)
Friggin hate seeing school runs done in these things. Should be banned from schools
Pam Coulter should be only for 4x4 use not rugrat runs 🤣
Yh I agree. But still ye boi could take 1 hour to just vacuum the bloody machine 😂 😂
Love your to camera pieces. Nobody else does it that way very cool
Thanks Joseph 🙏🏻🇬🇧
You’re the first channel I’ve seen who opened the fuel door to spray inside. Props to you for thinking.
I always do there as a matter of course.....because most people forget!
Check car cleaning guru ..
My favourite detailing channel , great video
Great video as always Paul. Love your sense of humour and your attention to detail. Well done too for detailing a proper filthy car.
What nozzle did you say you use to avoid it spraying into the cabin when doing door openings?
The carpets probably
I've got an old 1988 Chevy 1500 Silverado that you could almost eat off the carpet. It kills me how some people treat vehicles. Great video by the way. Keep doing you and hustling man. You'll grow this channel fast.

Not really start with the worst first
Hi Paul could you recommend a apc that’s cost effective and easy to get hold of.

Lee Barnard thanks Lee
I know this may sound a silly question how many times to you polish and wax a car
you can use stronger carpet cleaner with just a bit of fabric softener in the collection tank will kill 99% of the foam
Shannon Stjulien that’s a great tip thanks 🙏🏻👌🏻
Still playing catch up on vids Paul. Your the best rim cleaner on TH-cam! 😂 great results, great, honest product reviews. Thanks for all the effort and work you put into these vids. 😊

The dishwasher salt is genius 👌
i have 2005 discovery 3 ever since i replaced the battery the vehicle can easily turn off the engine while driving mostly when i am taking a turn

Got any tips for cleaning the inside of the windscreen?
Nic Lewis a decent glass cleaner and glass cloth

@ "I love trees"
Loved it fella, and I agree with the buy british, we can all do a little bit to support british manufacturing. Well done.
Great video Paul, I like your mug at 9:13, she's fit!
Rather you than me, Paul. Keep up the good work.
What wheels are those?

Stonking video Paul. This is a proper detailing video, we really enjoyed this one!
