In todays doctor visit you're feeling a bit anxious about things going on in your life whether or not they are test, exams, work, holidays, or school. todays physical exam is to help calm you down, take you mind off things, just enjoy the crinkly glove sounds, focusing on me, soft whisper voice, up close whispers, visual hand movements, visual triggers, light triggers, and follow my instructions visually by following the light with your eye, follow my fingers, for a sleep relaxation time, and various test for your ear including hearing test with a tuning fork, if you have adhd and think it could be fast paced for you let me know in the comments. The thing that’s great about asmr is that you can do it at any time of the day because your whispering so no one will here you like your parents will here you if you playing video games or vlogging but when your doing asmr no one hears you because your whispering and making silent sounds that’s the fun of asmr
