I've been trying to find out who she is as well. She has a similar tone to Diana Ankudinova. Kind of polyphonic contralto. Pretty rare texture in her voice.

This Amira seems to have no last name at least not on TH-cam. At the Voice Kids they only use the kids names and not last names. I think it is partly to protect the children. I have seen this Amira on The Voice Germany as well. Belgium is close to Germany so it makes sense that she went for a second opportunity to sing in Germany. From this I am guessing she did not win The Voice Belgium. Amira Willighagen has a unique voice but this Amira has a unique voice as well.

This pop singer is DEFINITELY NOT OUR AMIRA!! If you are having difficulty in finding more Amira videos, can I respectfully suggest you have not yet played the often requested Brussels street performance with van Hessen or Funiculi Funicula. Also, How Great Thou Art (featuring Amira as a baby and other early photos, with the beauitiful colour photography).
