I've eaten this dish in the North. It's pretty tasty. Clean, fresh flavours of chopped chillies and coriander/cilantro. The legs and stuff twitch a bit in your mouth, but only until you chew once! There's a lot of local stuff I was too put off by to eat in my visits to Thailand, but I'm glad I tried this dish.
