Flown many times LHR-IST and LGW-IST on the a321neo, which has very good economy seats and modern large entertainment screens...and great food as always for turkish airlines!
I agree with all of that, the a350 is their best aircraft but their a321neo is also great and their 777 is not bad either just less legroom for someone who has tall like me but overall all their planes are fantastic.
funny thing is i was on the same route tk1986 but my flight got changed last minute from an a350 to an a330,i was very disappointed, but its good to see you giving a flight tour
Sorry for that and thank you! Equipment swaps are annoying and they are common on Turkish Airlines & Qatar Airways as they have so much aircraft types. Same thing happened to me on my recent TK Flight to London, it got changed from a 777 to A321Neo.
They fly these big planes from IST to LHR for cargo capacity. This, the 777, 787 and A330 all get shunted for this route. Bottom of the plane is usually rammed full with fresh fruit and veg, seafood from the Aegean Sea and spices
I'm flying on Turkish Airlines from SIN to IST to LGW in December. Already bought tix as December is super peak for Singapore. Flight TK209 > 10hrs plus.

My flight got changed from an a350 to a b777 but that b777 was a plane that was rented from emirates it had the old emirates livery it was supposed to get delivered to indigo but Turkish airlines and indigo collaboration will end soon so Turkish airlines is only using it for domestic routes
Didn't know emirates leased some of their 777's to Turkish, quite interesting. Defo a downgrade though, I hope you can fly on their a350 in the near future :)

But why didn't you book the seats up front? Same leg room and you could stand in front of your seat. On the flight im taking all of these seats are 97e Another Q, 29a and 29k are the same right?
Hello there, I prefer 29A due to the unlimited legroom space and on this flight there was no one in the 2 seats next to me so it was fine. Yes, 29A & 29K are the same just left and right is the only difference.
@@chucklesomeaviation I meant if all premium seats are at same price of 97e, isn't it better to get one of the seats up front? Because then u have room to stand there without being bothered by people moving up down the aisle. With 29A there's no standing room because that's where the next row starts
Yes they mainly use for long-haul destinations but they also fly the a350 sometimes to London, Paris, Amsterdam and Budapest. Same with the 787 & 777 but the a350 is less common these days :)
Hi Ali, if it is the A350 scheduled for your flight then it would be the same seat configuration as this video (3-3-3) and it goes the same for the Boeing 777 and Boeing 787. The seat config would also be 3-3-3.
I hope you have a great trip to the Philippine's on the A350! Seat 29A is very comfortable, unlimited legroom and you can go in and out without disturbing anyone which is a bonus + great wing view. Overall great value for money, thanks for watching!

Nope they only serve water and a small packet of crisps. They don't serve full meals on flights as far as Cairo even which is almost 5 hours. This is why I prefer flying other airlines instead of European Airlines + they are the same price.
@@chucklesomeaviation > BA don't serve food on 4-5hr flights?? In Asia, unless it's budget flights, full service flights serve one meal, even if it's a simple one. Took a flight pre-COVID on SilkAir to Bandung, we had a full meal onboard.
@@nur_aryani Yep that is the norm for European airlines sadly no meal service on flights as far as for example, london to cairo. that's why i would fly egyptair or turkish airlines or emirates or etihad or asian carriers from my home. Subscribe for more flight reviews:)
Hi Nigel, Istanbul Airport is very new but also massive. It has many jet bridges so getting a bus gate isn't very common but as Turkish Airlines flies to many destinations and has a large fleet of planes, sometimes the aircraft might park somewhere remote and therefore you will need to catch a bus. In my experience, 1/4 flights required a bus (this flight). Thanks for watching!

Nice flight review. Yes the Airbus A350 is now a very popular aircraft around the world. It is very comfortable to fly on.
Thank you and agreed the A350 is very popular and passengers and crew love it just like its older brother (the a380)

Great to know Marcho, it is also great for passengers getting to fly widebodies on these fairly short flights.
Very good filming, il be taking turkish A350 on a 13 hours flight soon and pretty nervous.

did you have a power outlet under your seat for like laptops?
I think I did, but as I remember 1 power outlet per row.

Yes!! 29A is the best economy seat on Turkish Airline's A350.
i wanna fly with tk again soon, especially on their a350s or 787s
I hope you get to fly with them again soon!
Depuis l'année 2023, Turkish Airlines utilise d'avantage les avions Airbus A350-900 pour les destinations de longue trajets. Une vrais révolution
Yes they mainly use for long-haul destinations but they also fly the a350 sometimes to London, Paris, Amsterdam and Budapest. Same with the 787 & 777 but the a350 is less common these days :)
Is the seat arrangement on TK39 Airbus 350-901 would be same as this ? It shows a very strange layout 3-2-1-3

It may an error from Turkish Airlines but A350-900 = 3-3-3 :)
