just started watching your vlogs as we have booked an easyJet holiday to Marmaris for next April for our 40th anniversary we have never been to turkey before or used easy jet think I will book the private transfers thanks for the upload you are very easy to watch and like drink like us lol cheers .
We are so pleased you found our channel and enjoyed our vlogs! Marmaris is a beautiful resort so we are confident you will have a fabulous time. We can't recommend private transfers enough, we did the package ones this year and it just takes so much longer. We definitely enjoy a drink or 8 😁😁 😂😂

So my parents had an apartment in Armutalan and when we used to go, there were blue dolmuses and like a turquoise/blue colour dolmus but in all the vlogs I’ve seen, I’ve not seen one, only the orange Icmeler bus and a white one with stripes. Have the white ones replaced the others as we’re going in October half term and wonder which buses to get. It’s been 5 years since I last went so it’s all change. Must go to Sweet Corner for that roast, looked lush. That was called British Corner back in my day 🌞 xx
@@carololech3493 so the blue is still there that's the Marmaris one. Which goes up as far as cettia beach and back to the marina along the main road. The orange one only lets you on if your going into icemeler
@@HangoversHandpays ahhh ok, there are 2 hotels with the name Cettia in and one is on the way to Armutalan, so I’m guessing you mean the one on the way to Icmeler on the strip. I’d like to go to look at our old place but not sure which bus to get. I’ll find out when I’m there. Glad you told me about only being allowed on Icmeler bus if you’re going there as we’re staying at Club Turban and I’d probably have got on that orange one to get dropped off there 🤣 thank you for your help. @HangoversHandpays it's awful! Summer away and all. Recommend Baris along the marina front for a beer. 45 lira and cocktails top class also. NESS also fantastic for proper grub at a great price. Have a great holiday
A tip if you take the included transfer bus/coach to resort just get dropped off at the very first hotel it stops at then get a taxi to your own hotel, much cheaper

Emre is a lovely hotel and there's a nice restaurant across from it called pop inn if you get fed up with the all inclusive. The weather is lush and I'm sure it will keep getting warmer. Thanks for watching

Thanks for the informative vlogs much appreciated. We are going to Marmaris 2025 with easy jet, never used easy jet before 😮 A quick question did you just have under the seat hand luggage or did you pay extra for overhead larger hand luggage. I didn't realise untill I saw our holiday summary this wasn't included. We can't amend our booking now til 30 days before travel as our travel agent can't get flight number til then apparently many thanks 😊

We had 23kgs, and then had the normal hand luggage that came with it. They will be fine to make amendments with 30 days still to go. We booked our transfer via Facebook with a company called lions VIP travel. Would definitely recommend all together for there and back was 90 quid. This car would of held 5 ppl but they can also arrange for larger groups.

Yeah don't think we could ever justify it either. I'd rather have the extra money to spend while there.
I thought Turkey was supposed to be cheap? Some of those beer prices nearly the same as back home here
Yeah it's anywhere from 2-3 quid a beer here at the minute inflation is quite high here so seems to have put prices up a bit

Can you tell me how you go about booking private transfer and how much it costs please
We booked with lion's VIP travel&transfer on Facebook. We just contacted them via Facebook messenger and shared our flight details with them and they were there to collect us for both arrival and departure on time. The total cost for both trips was £85 it was worth every penny in our opinion

Yes we will be doing a prices video at the end of our trip but I am showing every menu in every bar we visit. Efes is usually 90-95tl which is just under £3. There are a few bars where it is 75 and even 60 along the strip.
You posted this 4 days ago. There are no visa requirements for uk tourists to Turkey.
I know it's great not to have to get visas anymore the section you come through is still visa and passport control as some visitors still require them 😃 thanks for watching
