I can't narrow it down to a single moment, but I love any scene where he's emotional and vulnerable (talking to Shawn in the bar, signing his divorce papers, holding Juliet after she almost falls from the clock tower, etc.). Tim really gets a chance to show that he's a good actor, and it's amazing.
To be honest, Shawn and Gus a pretty good character in the show. Though, Lassie is my favorite character in the whole show. He is really funny and he has that cool and stone cold personality that everyone loves.
