I think it's because there is a mistranslation in the English where lynx said she is a grown up. But when I was listening to the chinese (ironically trying to see if pela's age is a mistranslation) what she said instead is "grew big" which is a chinese phrase often used for teenage children

Lynx on the other hand has always been a child imo. Maybe it’s not fully consistent with the lore but after that pela quest, sometimes star rail just shouldn’t be listened to

No no, he is actually from a different universe like there’s a whole comic with the multiverse cosmology that explains where he came from and how he ended up in hsr’s universe. Power wise he could probably match the arbiter-generals and high elders in his current state, but in his prime he’d probably be up there with with emanators. Please inform yourself before spreading blatant misinformation at least with his origins because he is canonically a multiverse traveler who moved dimensions to end up in star rails univers, the power scaling is more debatable

Earth's solar system is just one world on the tree, the Asdana system is another, and the Jarilo system is also a world etc seperated by Imaginary barriers, and the star rails are one of the only methods to traverse between them. The only other known entities that can do this are the Sky People that invaded Earth and Emanators. This is not only explained in Honkai Impact 3, but at the beginning of Honkai Star Rail and in the data bank.
Welt is one of the weaker Herrschers. He only managed to one up Sirin once and she immediately uno reversed him right after. The Herrschers couldn't even completely wipe out a civilization off the face of a planet. Some Emanators destroy planets. The original Skaracabaz strung planets together to create nests for the Swarm. One Lord Ravager blows up stars for fun, another destroyed a star system. The Arbiter-Generals are no less inferior to the Lord Ravagers, according to Welt.
