Dear sir, When user clicks an ad for 5 times and app is opened after that, the NEW Ad will not be shown to the user for next 24 hours. After 24 hours, Shared Preference data will be reset and again Ads will be shown to the same user. You can decrease No. of clicks and expired time according to your need. And you can control Interstitial ads by Admob settings of Frequency Capping. Anyhow , you can ask me for more help
This is different, on Admob you control the impression frequency, here you can directly control the clicks, the problem with Admob limit is the invalid clicks not impressions

Set up these settings: Show no more than 7 impressions per user per 1 day . You can change these settings according to your desire. 9. Save settings, Now if a user intentionally clicks your interstitial ads again and again, after 7 interstitial ads google will stop showing interstitial ads to that particular user.
