Plot Twist 3:09 That was Violet, 0:26 Violet knew from the start that Nightshade and Dusk Lobber are having trouble Violet then split the gifts so Nightshade makes a mistake on giving his gift to Dusk Lobber, But Violet repaired/fixed the cap and placed it inside Nightshade's gift, Then Nightshade thought of getting Dusk Lobber's gift (but it's actually his) Then at 6:02 Violet peeks at them And Violet made them friends again
As people were saying in the video, the shadowy figure was probably violet because of how their eyes are similar and how violet was “absent”. However, I have been trying to look for an explanation on why violet tackled dusk lobber, and my theory is that violet knew that nightshade would pick dusk lobber ‘s gift if he had to choose between the two, and she also knew that dusk lobber would be watching, so to solve those two’s conflicts she made it so that nightshade would be in that situation and “attacked” him... although my theory is very flawed and I am not sure if any of what violet did was necessary in order to solve the conflict, as dusk lobber witnessing the chase scene does not look to be in a very bad mood. and plus “how did she know these things”, “how did she know dusk lobber would be watching”, “how did she know that nightshade would be unlucky and that he wouldn’t be able to catch the presents until it split” plus “how would she set it up so that nightshade would be in that exact position where the cliff is right nearby” and etc does show that my theory does not really make sense...but if you see in 6:01 violet is peeking and smiling that everything went well, which suggests either two things, considering that the shadow figure was violet: either violet was accidentally on her “bad side” (garden Kombat video) and is now relieved that everything still went well, or that she was behind this entire thing and was peeking seeing that everything went well. I think that she was behind all this, because of how she was present and because she witnessed the moment where nightshade ripped dusk lobber’s cap. Basically, violet was with crazy Dave who made him the modern day Santa and was behind the scenes helping solve the two’s conflict. Although as I mentioned, my theory does not make much sense logically, but I couldn’t think of a logically more make-sense explanation. Please let me know in the comments what your theory on the “shadowy figure and violet” is, or if I am missing out on this and I just can’t figure out the obvious XD

I cannot speak for the quality of my grammar even at this point in time, but I do believe that my writing in general has improved. Looking at this animation from a new lens, I am further convinced that this theory is true. Notice how at the start, we get a shot of violet. The entire first scene of the animation where the conflict is established actually centers around violet witnessing the event between nightshade and dusk lobber. And in the final scene of the animation (not taking on consideration the picture of nightshade and dusk lobber), violet is shown once more. This proves that the animator established things in a way where violet plays a pretty crucial role in the story, and the moment of violet attacking nightshade and forcing a situation of sacrificial love is the puzzle piece that fits together everything. I highly doubt that HHTQN would do all this, yet have the shadowy mysterious figure be a plant other than violet. This concept, I do think, is an illustration of what someone should do for a friend - my questions from my original message still remains in that in a realistic scenario, this situation is very improbable and it's really a one in a thousand chance scenario, or rather maybe violet was a mastermind that planned the exact detail (making sure dusk lobber was awake, the mathematical distance between cliff and nightshade, etc). My conclusion is not to look into this, and to assume that HHTQN wanted to include this scene to put in an entertaining climax that shows nightshade's decision that shows what kind of a plant he is.
i really hope this dude will comeback any day soon, and keep doing this amazing animations, i'm pretty sure he would have been one of biggest youtubers, hard work like this is appreciated 💜
