Life was so much better without dating apps and social media...... to meet people you had to actually approach them, and talk. That generation is lost, ugly tech has taken over.
Phil Collins is one of the best musicians in the whole world. This song is actually the last song of this live concert in Berlin. Everybody enjoy this song a lot.
Being in Berlin in 1990 just months earlier, millions in that city were trapped behind the wall in a prison. To hear this song by the absolute talent of Phil Collins. It's simply amazing. Wow, the years fly by.
Notice that none of the musicians were wearing any ear pieces, and this was before autotune was available, yet everyone was perfectly on key and in tune. True talent and musical professionalism.
They m would have had stage monitors (small speakers on stage) so they can hear themselves and each other - but that doesn’t take away from the artistry!
I don't like this new insane reality we are now living in... I wish we could all go back to the 80's and 90's. The music was so much better and unique. Most performances and videos now are dark freak shows with evil symbolism and sex. No talent... It gets old real fast. We get it, the world is run by evil. Stop rubbing it in our faces every waking moment. 😳😂😶🌫️
I remember myself buying a cassette of this album a few times playing on my Walkman until it worn out and bought a new one again and listened until it worn out again. Such a good memory. 👍😁👍❤
I drove 9 hours on my way back home after my four years of active duty back in '90. I was playing This song the whole trip... I was emotionally exhausted.🇺🇸🫡 OS-3 US NAVY inactive reserve NAB Little Creek Virginia🤙🍺🥃😎

Phil was always in the same list as of Michael and Freddy! He is slept on so much. But hey! The people that arre still listening to this in 2023-2024 are the real ones.
Saw this concert live in Washington DC. Phil commands the crowd and he can belt out a song better and with more power in his little finger than most people will ever hope to attain in their entire life. Tons of talent given to this man who made my life in the 80s and 90s. We will never see his likes again. This song just transports me to a happy place. Thank you Phil for your wonderful music both solo and with Genesis. You are one for the record books for sure.
I miss the 80's and early 90's really bad. I am not kidding. Something became very wrong around 1993/94 and still can't pin point what it was. If any of you discover time travel and allow me to go back with, you will have a very faithful new bff. Something is very, very wrong.
I quit my job 5 years ago so I could care for my elderly Mother. When you see your parents’ lives go full circle . . . you begin to think about your own mortality and this song really has more meaning as you get older. I love the drums on this song, sounds like fireworks ❤
Jesus, you don't know how many memories this song... the entire "Serious Hits, Live!" album brings me. During most of my childhood, I took countless car trips with my family, and my father always had this as a cassette tape. Whenever this song started playing, I knew the album was coming to an end. And after enjoying immensely the song, at the end I always asked my father to flip the cassette to listen to it all over again. Thank you so much for all those times, Phil. To you and all of your team.
Phil Collins is a very talented musician and he has this magical voice and lyrics that I love 💝💝 his songs will never be forgotten in this world 🌎. Tell me since when I've you been listening to Collins songs?
Same, I remember car trips where my mother would listen and sing to his songs on the cassette. It's kind of weird, but that simple memory somehow means a lot to me. Today, I still listen to him when I want to feel at ease and forget my surroundings😊
Phil Colllins has a net worth of 350 million dollars. He was great at music and also great when it came to his personal finances. Unlike some who squander their wealth Collins invested wisely and is now at the very top along with other superstars as far as net worth. Love this song. Take me home! Cause I can't remember! 1990 -- the year I graduated from college, all hopeful. Right now this song hits me right in the feels, even more than it ever did. And seeing Phil (and Darryl, and Chester) so young, it's poignant.
@OfficialPhilCollinsChannel- oh wow! That makes me so happy. So glad to hear from you. You are great. Hugs and love ❤️ are you still singing, I wish I could've seen you in person. That would be wonderful.. 🌺🌺🌺🌺
One of Phil's greatest masterpieces that he has ever given us, and one that truly hits the heart of many, especially mine. What a time to be alive. Germany reunifying, the wall was down, the Evil Empire and the extinction-level Cold War was at an end, no culture wars, global population less than 60% of what it is now. It was brilliant, for anyone wondering, and we LOVED it. Today, yeah. Not so much. No wonder everyone young and old is so depressed.
Habe das Konzert im Krankenhaus mit meiner Lebensgefährtin gesehen. Ein Jahr später ist sie gestorben. Es ruft immer wieder Erinnerungen in mir wach wenn ich es sehe.😢

I was at this concert with my then girlfriend Angelica from Gutersloh The atmosphere created by this song was amazing, we were singing it all the way back to the car park. There aren’t many musicians around now as talented as Phil, someone who could bring out all the positive human emotions. I still love Angelica for sharing that moment in time and I always think of her when I listen to this song. Life is soooo short but I smile when I know I spent my time with her at this concert. I wonder where she is now but I hope she is happy. She was wunderbar ❤
