The durability is not terrible on both shoes, the reason its terrible is because your playing outdoors but if you play indoors completely you are 100% good

But the fit is incredible, the traction is awesome and I prefer this cushioning set up to the 4, which really was too soft in my opinion. I can't believe these shoes aren't getting more love, but I think it's because they look and feel so cheap. I just returned a pair of Puma Clyde All Pros, which I've been dying to play in after everything I've heard, because I preferred the 5's. They're very similar shoes by the way and I love the material on the All Pro's way better.

I’m debating between the pg5 and puma Clyde all pro for indoor basketball leagues. Which one would you prefer? I have a somewhat wide size 8.5 foot (8 on the dot I always wear 8.5 for width) and a low arch.
pg 5 is bad the grip is great but the outsole ripped I have to guard a shifty fast guard at practice and it failed on me so i am going back to the kyries

Pg5 is by far my favorite pgs. The cushion isn’t too soft or hard and the traction is nice. The fit for the pgs are more wide foot friendly.

$110 that comes with great traction bites and Full Length cushion setup, it’s PG5 for me.

indoor court tested , dusty court or clean court PG5 has a better traction and a better over all shoe
the durability probably seems bad because you're playing outside on concrete. The shoes were made primarily for indoor use.
I’m very interested in an XDR outsole for the PG5. Not sure if the thin blades on the Kobe outsole will hold up outdoors regardless?
