I ask you please to remove this video and correct your information please and make another video. The lower wisdom forceps is not as the one that you have mentioned. This is called cow horn and used for extracting severely decayed tooth. The lower 3rd molar has a different shape.

doct Saab numb 74 n is universal lower root force and numb 79 is lower third molar ...which is missing

the cow horns are used for severely decayed molars, not usually used in molars.
