- To clears things up, she didn't hit me... she lightly slapped me... Okay fine, she punched me, but you know what?!? I deserved it... I was being so mean to her, such a snot nosed guest...

She was evidently pointing out to where the bag was left and I was like this close to her, and she didn't know, so...
She was so apologetic, but it was fine, it was a memorable moment and I wasn't bleeding or anything, haha...

Ikr, I love being mascots but HOLY HELL the nerve of some people. I had to be Stewart Little for a school event and kids were trying to take my tail. Then I had to be a dog for the Jumprope For Heart ceremony which kids wanted to pet me.... it was funny. And every Halloween I'm the mascot of the party! One year I was Papyrus and some kid said I was an AngryMeltingMarshmallow. So yeah, it's hard but once u do it ALOT you become a pro.
These poor actors really have to put up with a lot of people's bullshit.

This is actually kind of annoying because the girl playing Alice was likely literally apprehensive about hitting him. Especially if she thought they got it on camera and they kept talking about it. Disney is pretty strict when cast members bring them bad publicity. These kids probably didn't realize it, but they probably caused the actress distress.

Apparently there are rules of etiquette one is supposed to follow when interacting with the Disney characters (especially ones like the Beast, the Dwarves and so forth with the masks on who CAN'T see....you aren't supposed to sneak up behind them or scare them because not only are they supposed to stay in character....they don't want the people getting hurt. I didn''t see where Alice did anything wrong. She was just trying to return the lady's purse .

Actually, with face characters it seems to be allowed since all face characters point with one finger. I think it's only ride operators, waiters, store clerks, etc. that have to do the two finger point.

It can be seen as rude to point with one finger. For some reason Disney is big on this rule even though everyone says they won't be offended if a cast member points with one finger. But pointing with two fingers is less offensive. It's like when you're little and you point to something and your parents tell you, "Don't point, it's rude."

I think this video should go down. It's no big deal. Also you should not just sneak up on someone like that. Be more polite to these people they have put soo much work into their job then you just scare one of them causing them to hit you. Actually you deserve it.

Disneyland has the worsts guests and the most arrests. That's because 70% of Disneyland guests are annual passholders - California residents who go to Disneyland as often as they go to the store so they are rude and entitled as hell, walking around like they own the place and treating CM's like they work for them or something.
You can tell a BIG difference in the guests and CM's and Disneyworld. That's because the majority of the guests at Disney world aren't locals ( Most of the locals hang out in Disney Springs ) and work harder to get there and appreciate the experience more and don't take it for granted.
I always feel sorry for the CMs at Disneyland. No wonder some of them are grumpy and look so beaten down all the time dealing with these annual passholder dickheads. Its also no wonder why you see more Disneyland CMs and characters on You tube losing their shit on the guests.
I was at DL last year standing in the standby line for Space Mountain with my brothers and this lady wearing Minnie Mouse ears walked past us in the fast pass line literally shoving her son who looked to be 8 years old and was swearing and yelling at him to "Hurry up". One of my brothers said something to the other one about her and she heard him and came storming back and was like "Did you wanna say something"? Like really? This woman is shoving and cursing her kid right in Disneyland before they are supposed to get on a fun ride, in front of everyone now she embarrasses the kid even further by going back and trying to pick a fight with two men twice her size who could literally free throw her fat ass.
Of course my brothers weren't going to start anything with her because she was a female so I jumped in (I'm a female) and told her "Hey, Mother of the year, I would love to light you up right now but I don't want to embarrass your son anymore than you already have so keep walking". People behind me were laughing and she just turned and stomped off and some people started clapping lol.
But that's how most of these California annual pass holders act at Disneyland. They treat the CM's even worse. I even try to plan my trips during blackout dates to avoid them dominating the parks.
This happens to b at Disney WORLD not LAND !!! If you see behind you the tea cup ride is in a closed space the one at DisneyLAND is outside!!!
So it indicates that guests at Disney WORLD are rude too
