His Job is to hand it off to Davin Cook, and throw it deep to Diggs and Theilen to keep the defense honest. And guess what? He does. Unlike all the other QB from the last 15 years in our team, Cousins DOESN'T TURN IT OVER. And also, when the offensive coordinator actually allows him to -- he chuck the ball deep with fairly good accuracy. No man in ever a one man team, I don't get why other VIkings' fans suddenly want a "savior" There is no such thing. A 110+ passer rating and 250 yards per game on 70% completions with 2-3 TD passes and no interceptions should be ENOUGH. There are 32 teams in the league, and NONE of them would say no to a passer with 70% accuracy that can chuck it deep and give you those kinds of stats.

That is why he fired his OC last year cause they were passing too much. If the Vikings can repeat that formula last week then Kirk is fine. I have always said Cousins is good enough to stay employed for a long time in the NFL, but you better have a running game and a defense.
