These sound and look so delicious! I can just imagine taking mine fresh from the airfryer, laying it gently in a brioche bun on a bed of lush green lettuce, then replacing the top, bunging my thumb through the centre of the bun to hold it together and to facilitate easy transportation to wherever I choose to indulge myself.
