I have both the Med and Large Alpha Vector 3/2 fins and love them!! So fast, turn tight, great hold, and have that get up and go! Really rad fins in beach breaks!
From 10 years ago I'm pretty sure, they used to make it in the composite. I think these will be a little bit stiff because they put carbon into this one, but they are coming out with fiberglass ones. I think the John John ones just released today and we should be getting them in a few days.
@@charleshawk6668 Right on We've had a swell in town since yesterday on the south shore. Today was bigger...most sets were 3' to 4' and we had one 5' clean up set. Im guessing in about 3 to 5 days you guys will get this swell too. we have anther one next week that is similar in size so you have we have opportunity to test the fins out enjoy. - David
No but...I think it will work..use the flat foil uprights they have. I wonder when the new John John Fin is coming out?!
Not sure...once we get the in stock , we'll sed you a link from here. - David
I'd love to have a 5 fin blackstix set
Wonder how these feel compared to the old blackstix from like 10 years ago. Those were fast but ultra flexy.

Gonna get me a set!
Ernie what's up brother!!! Yeah you need to try it !! - DAvid
I thought a concave foil lost grip at high speed. Isn’t that way fins made for control have a convex foil like a 50/50 or 70/30 for example?
anyone try these as a quad using normal rears?
No but...I think it will work..use the flat foil uprights they have.
