Their customer support is lifetime and you can call their number for tech support forever, they do not cost any money and they're so badass. I am so grateful you got your PC. I haven’t test on it with gaming. Streaming feels so smooth so far. I think it can handle GTA and COD. You can also contact them your budget, and what games you wanna play that’ll be compatible to your PC. After that, they’ll send you suggestions on the best PC you’re looking for your budget and games.
The design of it is kind of cheap. Even the 24pin power connector doesnt have sleeves to make it look good. The cooler looks weird. The only thing I like is the Rtx on it. But design, its a no. I guess i might only just say its cute.

i plan on getting one soon but prices were raised and i would usually be paying 1,600 but it will be 2,905 without tax
