In Honduras we say "Es más fácil que pegarle a un bolo," which translates into "It's easier than punching a drunkard," hahaha. Those trails were so cool! Keep living the dream, man.
My mum is hooked on your videos! (That must be a first!), she finds the locations you ride and the scenery most enjoyable and the energy and enthusiasm you give off in each video! We also play a game where we see how long it takes you to go "wooo!" Took 2 minutes in this video hahaha. Love the content Brian , you're such an inspiration!
This is really cool. Not just the trail and the scenery, but all the mountain bikers coming together from all over the world. Mountain biking is the key to world peace!
Thanks so much Matt! I truly believe that mountain biking is the best way to get fit, get a thrill, travel the world and make great friends. That's why I am so friggin' happy to be able to do this as my job, it gets people fired up to get out and ride. Also, I saw your comment about investing. That was my plan as well, I used to invest 50%+ of my income so I could fast track my retirement. Good luck, man, I know you can do it if you can stick to it! Once I can get this rolling as a sustainable business I'll be back in that mode too!
I think that fact that he is giggling like a baby is one of the best parts of these videos. You can tell he loves what he does 100 percent. Made me smile and want to get out and ride. Thanks for the great videos dude !
Finally some good home trails! Watching you ride in the US makes me always feel like you are in a bike park... smooth and flowy trails all the time. Ours are more natural: loose and rocky! Check out the Como Lake trails also, there are some way fun!
Dude by far and away my favorite vid yet! Great trail, tons of laughs, really got me pumped to ride. Went out and had a great ride at my local after watching. Looks like you're enjoying that Ibis brah!! Hell yeah!!
"It's a doddle", "It's nae problem", "A walk in the park" Here in the UK/ Newcastle upon Tyne and if it gets too sketchy: " I divvent nah aboot that like!". Keep up the good work Brian, inspiring stuff!
Brian, I love your videos and watch every single one! I love how you own your personal BRAND. You wear it, show it, live it and share it (give people your stickers when they recognize you). You are living the dream. I especially liked your Chattanooga videos, as I live in the Gig City! Keep riding. I'm going to subscribe to your Patreon channel just to help you keep riding!
BKXC Geez You have been killing it on these videos everytime i watch your videos, i'm inspired to do more and ride more, and I appreciate that a lot. Also, those endo turns are looking goooooooooood!! very clean, Bruno is fantastic at them. Thanks for more inspiration Brian! :)
Man Bruno can ride, I got to say never road in thick fog before. Loved the tight switch backs on this trail. One hell of a start to day 2. By the way congrats on the 92 000 subs
That's why I'm investing as much as I can in order to have a passive income that will allow me to do what I want. Then I don't need to rely on TH-cam/Patreon fame in order to make it work!
I'm german, and i never heard anyone say "es ist ein keks"... More likely people would say "Das war ein Spaziergang", which means something like "its a walk in the park". Great footage, btw... Gotta love the Alps. Been in Chx last year, its such a beautiful area. Sadly, i couldnt really hit the trails cause i was there with my daughter, so we've been hiking most of the time and only took a ride on rentals through the Chamonix valley. Still had an awesome time there... and she finally got her first "real" MTB on her birthday, an Orbea mx24, so i'm looking forward to go for some alpine trails with her next year. Greetings from Germany.
The Doubled up, less-than-a-bike-length Switch-backs are my achilles-heel too... I fell off of one(or two) on our trip further south. A small price to pay for glorious single track!
Great videos, I watch all of them. Any chance you can provide narrative and context on length of ride (how many hours), difficulty level of trail, etc. stuff about the ride on a particular day. Apologize if I missed that information somewhere.
Thanks man!! It really was all a blur and I didn't have strava going. Every day was hardcore, 5 hours or so of riding. If you're interested just contact Ben on his site and he'll be able to give you a rundown!
Thanks for the reply. Perhaps in future videos you can add narrative about the ride. Just a suggestion to enhance your already great channel. I watch intently and always wonder how difficult is the trail in real time and how long of a ride is it. That information would motivate me to be a better rider. Keep the videos coming.
As far as Strava is concerned, if you want to log the miles without anyone else seeing the ride then mark it as private. You can also change your default activity setting to private and then just unlock the rides you want to share. Obviously too late for this trip, but just for future reference...

Hahahahahahaha, love it Renzo!

Hahahaha, that's fantastic dude. So cool to hear that.
My parents got a kick out of this comment too!
This is really cool. Not just the trail and the scenery, but all the mountain bikers coming together from all over the world. Mountain biking is the key to world peace!

Mitchell McCurry Exactly! Love those laughs :)
Thanks Mitchell, some people can't stand it but it's who I am!
@@bkxc That is what made me to suscribe to your channel. You look like a decent guy, always aprecciate that!
Finally some good home trails! Watching you ride in the US makes me always feel like you are in a bike park... smooth and flowy trails all the time. Ours are more natural: loose and rocky! Check out the Como Lake trails also, there are some way fun!
Elanduro exactly! I'm from Brazil and we have some good ones there! Everything natural 0 man made.
I am not sure on that, there are plenty of ass kicking rocks and sheer punishing trails here, not at all like a bike park. take care.
Thanks bud!
Brian thanks for linking to the trip details and using a descriptive title. This is why I watch your channel.
😁👍
6:44 holy crap that looks steeeeep.
Also, wouldn't be a good trip without some of your signature laugh-your-ass-off crashes right? haha love it
Haha, felt steep too!!
Cannot get over how spectacular the scenery is. I would be taking breaks constantly. Enjoy it man - that's bucket list stuff!
It's pretty unreal, hope you make it out on this trip some day!
Those trails look amazing. I'll get practicing my endo turns
Nice!!

Never have, never will!!
"It's a doddle", "It's nae problem", "A walk in the park" Here in the UK/ Newcastle upon Tyne and if it gets too sketchy: " I divvent nah aboot that like!". Keep up the good work Brian, inspiring stuff!

This trip looks so sick man! After a week off I'm "box-setting" everyone's vids this afternoon. MTB fever!
Hahaha binge time!

Wow that drop offs on some of the ride was CRAZY!! :D Such a beautiful and fun looking ride. Even your crashes look like fun.
Haha, just an all around joyfest!
I'm lucky enough to live in Queenstown NZ and my life is probably better than most people's holiday, but this trip looks sooo good!
Haha yeah man, always a prettier girl out there!
It is so beautiful out there! Thanks for sharing Brian!

BKXC it looked scary as hell, the drop off on thd downhill side looked very steep, take care
Man Bruno can ride, I got to say never road in thick fog before. Loved the tight switch backs on this trail. One hell of a start to day 2.

Hahaha yes
HAHAHAHA "they don't have horns where I live", you made me laugh Brian!! ;)
Great video by the way. So much joy, especially after every little crash :P
Haha, I can't do anything but enjoy it!
If only we could all live like Brian😥
yea
Trail Rider we can but most people are to scared to quit their job and do what he does once you start everything will sort of fall into place
Tim Wainz yeah agreed
That's why I'm investing as much as I can in order to have a passive income that will allow me to do what I want. Then I don't need to rely on TH-cam/Patreon fame in order to make it work!
You could. You just have to work hard and have the courage to do it.
Ughhhh, I was there this past fall when it was just starting to snow up high. What I would give to ride those trails.
Ohhhh man, get back!!
DAMN!! Sick trails, Bruno has some wicked skills!! STELLAR video Brian 🤙
Thanks Joe!! Bruno is a beast
man if i could be just like you, enjoying your travel and riding the best trail in the world :)
You can! You've just gotta give up everything else
Man! Spectacular trails BK! Hope you're having a blast!
I had a real blast!
I'm german, and i never heard anyone say "es ist ein keks"... More likely people would say "Das war ein Spaziergang", which means something like "its a walk in the park".

I was holding on to the side of my couch so I wouldn't fall off! Great riding!
Hahaha thanks Barry
In Brazil we say "Mamão com Açucar" translating to english would be Papaya with sugar xD
Awesome video, Brian!
Haha that's great!!
Cool! Route is very good! Scenery is very good!
Thanks!
I liked the last scene! Good stuff. Also what's up with the switchback stairs? Like a tight switchback isn't hard enough.
Thanks man, that was so much fun. Hahah yes, they take it up to 11 in Europe.
That looks like some rad riding!
Thanks Jeff, it was a blast!
Excelent... Beautiful Place and fast riding
Congratulations ¡¡
Thanks Humberto!
That trail looks fun as hell especially the scenery
It was!!
Amazing riding Brian and 3 crashes.
Haha, and this is only part 1 of 3 from that day!
The sound was amazing on this one. Love to hear the rocks under the tires. What rims are on that bike? I know you mentioned it before
Thanks man, I love when the sound is cracking! These are the Ibis wide carbon rims and 2.6" Maxxis DHR tires. GREAT combo
Another awesome video every vid gets better and better keep it up👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks Cole, glad to hear it!!
I would be there! So nice in the mountain. Good ride brian!
Thanks Thorben!
You mentioned needing new shoes...Buy the Giro Terraduro! I'm so happy with them riding and hiking the bike!
Just got the Terraduro mid! Seem solid as hell!
Awesome! Great vid. Btw we do have cows with horns in cali but I think theyre just in small private herds.
Thanks Will! Definitely not the normal cows we run into most of the time!
Awesome once again!!!
the views you catch are amazing on this journey @BXKC
Simply ridiculous!!
The Doubled up, less-than-a-bike-length Switch-backs are my achilles-heel too... I fell off of one(or two) on our trip further south. A small price to pay for glorious single track!
Definitely worth it!
Fog!! It's low clouds. You try skiing through that when everything's white. At least the floors green. Great video 👍
Hahaha, much easier in the green!
Great video man love these alps vids
Thanks dude!

Envy you loads.what a life!keep it up buddy
Thanks Nel, glad you're along for the ride!
I LOBE BKXC MTB!
YEAH BUDDY
We are wiaiting you in Greece we have some amazing trails!!!
Email me, I'd love to hear about them bk@bkxc.bike
btw the best way to upgrade your skillset is by practising some trials, i bought myself a trialsbike recently and progression is key.
Nice!
Who put in the bottom part of that trail, goats or cows? Are your brakes dialed in?
Goats, cows, birds, who knows! Brakes are just shitty in general and only get worse as the trip goes on.
Is there any way you can put 180 or 203 rotors on the front?
"Dorkacycle" made me cackle out loud.
Haha, my brother taught me that one
it's kind of like "piece of cake", astonishing trails :D thumb up Brian ! you're awesome :D
Thanks so much Matias!
Bruno does some of nicest endos I have ever seen :)
Yep, he's smooth!!
Another great vid dude keep up the great work!
Thanks !!
How long are the rides?
Do you ride every day or have a day of in between?
Not sure mileage, but it was probably 5 hours of riding a day for 6 days straight. Not a ton of climbing, but a decent amount.
Loving these vids. 👍🏼
Thanks Steve!!
bike check on the new bike? which mojo model is it?
GX build!
What an amazing ride!!
It was!!
Beautiful country :)
Indeed!
this stuff looks amazing good video
Thanks a ton!
That bike is SO COOL
That didn't look like a "chicken soup" trail... Good stuff! International MTB connection.
Hahah, not chicken soup at all!!
Nice trail Bryan, The noise of the fork dissapear? Do you do something?
I let out some air!
love ur channel motivated me to get out and ride
Awesome!!
Here's some Italian words Brian fai davvero buoni video Amo il tuo canale
Grazie al mio amico, contento di godere le mie avventure!
Who else thinks Bruno should start his own channel?
SG - MTB yes, he got skills!
Definitely!
SG - MTB absolutely. Id watch. Dude seems hilarious
Half way through that video I thought, "I totally would sub Bruno's channel."
Do you have any idea how inspiration you give us?👍🏻👍🏻
I do, and it's amazing man.
All I can say is absolutely beautiful !!
100%!!
In the Netherlands we say 'Dat is een eitje' which translates into 'It's an egg'
good vid bro!
Hahaha lovely!!
As far as Strava is concerned, if you want to log the miles without anyone else seeing the ride then mark it as private. You can also change your default activity setting to private and then just unlock the rides you want to share. Obviously too late for this trip, but just for future reference...
Definitely a good call! I need to get another GPS unit so it's not burning up my phone battery on an all day adventure.
Another trip to Europe, another proof that hiking paths >> built singletrack.
No doubt about it!!
I cant stop watching. Cant you stay longer?
I'm with you! Stay longer Brian!
Haha, you'll be tired of this trip by the time these videos are done!
Doubt it... although I don't even tire of hearing your fork make hamster noises.
Dude, you guys had some serious speed on that off camber shit and it was chunky as hell! My favorite kind of riding- loose and fast!
Yeah, it was a hoot!
