Best way to do a chuck roast that's not a pot roast is toss that aldi chuck roast into a sous vide for 24 hours to like 125, then grill it like you are til you hit your desired doneness (135 or so with a rest / carry over cook included) Super tender
Hell yeah dude! I love my sous vide I’ll literally do exactly that for one of my next videos. I haven’t done that yet but I can only image how tender that sht is!!! I usually do them for 36 hours and shave it for French dips 🤤
