Hey for 2024 year what you sugest the same parts? i want upgrade my laptop all memory Ram ,hdd to ssd , and that system ssd . why did you choose crucial is it best for that laptop or ? Thanks for video. And 32 ram are max out fors this model ? so basicly you got 16x2 I was heard its better one slot ram are free ? what you can recomend? how is runing your laptop? Stil using ?
2 sticks are better than 1 cos you get extra bandwidth (= faster). I believe you can put a max of 64GB in it (2 x 32GB). You'd need to further dismantle it to get at the other memory slot. I have found 32 to be perfectly adequate in mine. I do rendering in Blender, Daz Studio etc, and have never reached the limit. The SSD I chose was really down to value for money at the time, sticking to major brands. That choice may be different today, depending on what offers are available. I think the C: NVMe drive is limited to 2TB, but I haven't tried to replace that.
@@TimsRetroCorner thanks for answer ! where can check out those max stats in asus web?
Hey Tim. How were you able to create a backup of your old drive first? Before installing the new one!? Cheers
It was just a simple file copy to & from my NAS.
