Hi again & again. I was just sitting here thinking about you over my coffee here in a beautiful cool summer breeze. I am so thankful for our rainy cool, now summer time. I usually read the comments that people deliver to you. And that one specific one about the Doctor who was talking pretty much the stuff that you've been suggesting for well over a year. And I thought to myself ,"yeah I'm sure that doctor is lovely and good and everything". University degrees behind a name might mean something, sometimes. However, it is no guarantee. Primarily it's a protection only, for that person,sadly . Self-discovery, based on passion can supersedes an education degree, in my opinion and can mean much more! You do what you do darling Fern, because you truly are a generous and kind soul. I really hope that you find this soon . There's so much in our world of too much information that is repetitive, with a slightly different perspective, an angle. But if you can find it once and use it in your life, why the monotony of the repetition & time consumption?As I see it, you really are a sharing, caring, lovely person and I don't think it is said enough ,honestly. You take the time for and and it is so appreciated by me. You offer your opinions on really important things for people to feel good about their lives, be healthier than they were. And you do it, freely .BTW, if you check my response to your response in this vlog you'll see the bit about Yarrow tea. It might help Nancy if you can do it.

Funny, I just discovered Bryan Johnson 2 days ago. I think his organs are younger than what he looks like. He’s very interesting. I think people who have a problem with him, don’t realize he’s using himself as an and, he doesn’t want people to do everything he’s doing. Just do what works for you, which shows flexibility, and that’s good. His no sun thing, but a solar light in the morning, doesn’t help him to look his best, I don’t think, but I think he’s balancing his past sun damage.

it must be packed because all the rest of France is Terrible weather; rain, 14 degrees and just BLAH; enjoy the sunshine and heat we are desperate for it here in Dordogne (the Great Britain of France)
When ordering from the US please remember that there is NO FDA (Food and Drug Administration) testing of any vitamins, or supplements. You might inquire about French laws on these things. In the US, they can sell a ginseng supplement and it's literally poop.💩

I would definitely recommend not sharing an airbed. Every time the other person moves you’ll feel like your going to be sprung off 😂

I loved that you went magnet fishing.... it's fun even when nothing comes up, the river was lovely and YES so happy to see you getting out with the family....Off the bridge is the best place, because people toss things off and it's just very likely to find something metal there. I have heard stories of angry couples tossing wedding rings or jewelry off the bridge during a break up... haha so yeah find something interesting like that? Love your videos every time!
When our kids were little, we loved putting up a tent in the backyard. Some of our absolute favourite memories!

Fern! I've had my eye on the Brian Johnson cacao and olive oil and would love to hear your honest take on it. I'm intrigued by his products as he claims they're pure and free of heavy metals, toxins etc. Few companies have the $ to really do this, but he's in a different league. I'm very curious about the nutty pudding as well...

Have you guys ever camped before? Be careful buying a whole lot of stuff - it all has to fit in your vehicle in addition to backpacks, bedding, cooler/food, possibly a tarp, chairs, supplies, etc.

I love the Blueprint products you bought. I also got some. Love that the cocoa powder is tested for heavy metals. I didn’t get the blood orange drink though lol.
So excited to see that you're all going to hit up the camping scene this summer, it will fit in nicely with your healthy life style! Hiking/backpacking is one of our favorite activities! Living here in the Pacific Northwest Oregon USA you can't beat the great outdoors!!! Our big camping store here in the states is REI, I could literally spend all day in there! Decathlon looks very similar!! Looking forward to following along on your outdoor adventures!!! 🏕

Oooh how exciting to go camping! When we were kids, my parents took me and my brothers every summer to beautiful places in England, Scotland and Wales ….cooking outside …coffee on the go on the cooker….and bacon and eggs for breakfast…delicious. We went to South of France years ago, and camped at a caravan and tent park in Cap d’Agde….it was lovely there and from memory, the site we stayed at was also amazing…..looking forward to following your adventures….and also to next weeks video 😊

Make sure you have a reliable, very easy to use air pump for your new tent. Nothing worse than an air tent with the wobbles. Enjoy your camping adventures 😊

Aloe Vera Juice is nice with Cranberry Juice x Enjoy the tent over the summer, have great memories as a kid going camping and going horse riding long walks playing on the beach exploring the rock pools and having our own dingy in the sea. Good morning 🌄 drum roll, ratatat tat. I've been thinking there's something up. We must wait. Every year around this time I get hay fever. I always forget about it. Because I don't want to dwell on it. It is so boring! There is no cure apparently. I can't believe that. Magnet fishing? I remember you using that flat round disc device that your dad enjoys on the beach. I will add to this later because my battery is almost done and I don't want to lose this... I'm back! In this part of the world when people " go camping" they lug RVs behind their trucks. Few are the purest who tent. I'm glad that you bought your posh tent. Most of the RVs sit idly in large spaces waiting for their few weeks of use. You will have a lot of fun this summer in that . Such adventure. Maybe you'll step up to catching real fish! 🐟 Nothing like an early morning catch & fish fry breakfast. I look forward to the Weston-Bennett camp adventures. That might be LOL footage. Aloe vera, the plant I have found handy, for an external use for scraps or burns. I have just snapped off a piece & squeezed out the juice, directly applied it to the wound. It's very good that way. I wonder what you're going to surprise us with? I have a hunch but I'm not going to tell you now, Fern! I'm smiling! Looking forward to our reveals next week!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ohh, Nancy suffers terrible with hay fever. She literally gets every symptom. I feel for you, it’s tough! ❤️

@@fernibops poor Nancy! I too suffer all symptoms! One really wants to forget about it ASAP! Something that does work to calm the symptoms I have used. I don't know if it's easy for you to obtain.There is a native flower called Yarrow. It is dull grayish White. It has a flat head & mini flower heads. It is not flashy really. It blooms about the time of the year that hay fevered people suffer. Anyway I have collected the flower heads , a bunch and stuffed them in a teapot & made a steeped tea ☕ with boiling water . It is not an unpleasant flavor. It can be sweetened with honey. Anyway, it will lessen the effect for anywhere up to 8 hours. It does work for me. A temporary fix. I guess I'm really happy I mentioned that. Because it does permit you to learn about yarrow tea. Hope you can find some yarrow. It's almost considered a back alley weed here. There are some cultivars that are red and bright yellow. They might work too. I do try and avoid all of that pharmaceutical stuff. Take care!
