It makes me feel good knowing people are still out there getting together like this. Not just because of the evil c-vid, but largely because the scene is just getting smaller and smaller. Im finally getting to the point in life where I can get involved in these things and the c-vid tried to take what was left away. I cant wait until next year. Undoubtedly my van will be ready for the drive and my pocket book also. Looking forward to it. Have a great weekend everyone. Happy 4th
I Buy 3 weeks ago a 1997 Dodge B-2500 Conversion Van 7 Passengers with Magnum 5.2 L since I Young I dreamed for one but here in my Island do not Practice this Type of Activity Nice and Enjoy
I gotta' say it... first off...I'm an old f**k, Vietnam Vet (Screaming Eagles) Has everyone born south of the Mason-Dixon line chased away every quality airbrush Artist and/or Pin-stripping daddy "O" left???? Is "One Shot" out of business? I did see a couple of quality airbrush pieces..absolutely NO quality Pin strip work...only a couple of accent strips (looked alright). What the heck??... in the 1970's I had to book guys in for mural work including the Big three Dealerships for custom paint. Did the pin stripping in the prep room at times. All winter (Detroit) spent doing up custom bikes... Miss those days. My young sons loving the big bay windows, 3 inch foam backed carpet covered walls and the twin sun roofs.... Love the show as it brought back memories. The War wounds finally caught up with me, had to sell ALL my bikes, even my Sunday putt a restored 1943 "Indian Scout"... now drive and Australian Ute with a teardrop trailer for my wife and myself...Any old strippers or Airbrush artist, not those 10 minute T-shirt freaks (LOL) out there should start sending some flyers of your work to this club. Bring back the magic.....
