Before I write this comment, let me tell you that I've watch the 4 videos. one of the things ive learned is before criticizing, to learn to listen and observe the whole picture.
The tittle of the video is developing, the coach was differentiating between how girls do it & how boys are expected to do it.. for me that was not appropriate because it influences their growth as a person.
About the 1st drill, this is good as a warmup & change of direction topic that later on was introduced in video #2 with the ball
There is a saying that states " For the players to learn they need movement"
So to be introduced as an ABC "drill" is not bad at all, I mean how many times do we do sessions starting with the ball from warmup all the way through end game & we see players that cant control the ball, cant do ball mastery. why? Lack of coordination, and yes you can also do coordination with the ball/ For u7 players its Interrelated Technical physical exercises with a ball. My advice will be to relate this exercise to the game. Asking questions so players can learn the game and understand why do we do a certain drill
, whats the objective of each activity?
We also got to consider that the game in 2009 is way different than it is today 2019.
To finish, it was a good session with progression on the technical side, changing direction & use of skills.
This sessions had the 4 components of soccer:
    1) Technical: Dribbling, control, change of direction, change of pace with ball, turning, shooting
    2) Tactical: 1v1 duel, who ever got first through the gate the other became defense, little transition from offense to defence
    3) Physical: coordination, agility, balance, change of pace, movement, runs
    4)Psychosocial: Confidence, focus, competition

I think kids at that age get lots of exercise just playing - riding bike, climbing on jungle gym, playing other sports, running, wrestling, etc.

On that last drill, you will be faster if you plant with the inside foot to go around cones.

This is good exercise for them , when I used to be young, I used to do more running than playing with the ball and it never affected my ball skills. The junior teateateaszm study teateateaszm teateateaszm s that I coach always win matches every weekend

This video is #1 of 4. The other three employ the use of a ball. Note that the players are seven years old. Starting without a ball for 5-10 minutes to teach very young players the layout of the drill, and then continuing with a ball is called "progression." Its an important concept that too many coaches overlook. Stop and think for a second... how effective would steps #2 through #4 be if the players were stopping throughout because they did not know which cone to approach next?

Great drill, coach! but my six-year-old girls would never be able to figure this drill out. it would be one big mess of collisions.

I hear a lot of people keep on speaking about Episoketren System. But I'm uncertain if it's good. Have you ever try this popular training program?

I like to think the moments the sound cuts out is edited to cut out the coach hurling abuse at the kids.

6 minutes without a ball at your foot is 6 minutes wasted.

What a colossal waste of time. Use the ball and develop touches. You can do coordination and agility training WITH THE BALL.

The problem is that you are thinking that kids are donkeys!! They are not!! They are intelligent people and with this kind of exercices they became certainly!! Where is the creativity and spontaneity that soccer provides????? THEY ARE KIDS and LOVE TO PLAY!! That's why they talk about BARCELONA...Reduce the game, constrains the practise to your objective and you'll have very good exercices and happy kids, becouse they PLAY. And after that you think in the "progression" concept.

Why they do this kind of practise for football ...soccer? Where is the specific information that game provides? We play soccer with a "ball"...why do they practise without "ball". We need intelligent players that have appropriate skills in a appropriate moment and a very good decision-making. With specific exercíces you could practise coordination and agility...but ...you need to think to built a good SOCCER program!!!
