Give eclipse - sundred - bloodthirster a try, it's so much better for dueling.
It's her old meta build, people forgot about it but it's still great
Also, she's not weak, but she's a lot harder to play properly, and you are ussing a build that while might be great in high elo, but i never saw it work in lower ello, it has no damage compared to a more agresive build, and the lack of lifesteal really weakens her
