Good video for showing how good the Tirpitz could be and actually, she is. One of my best brawl ships. And yes, torp tubes are much more resistent compared to Zieten, Rubrecht and so. Thx Derka👌🏻
Have had Tirpitz since the campaign and I agree she was never a “bad” ship but the buff was welcome and needed for the ole girl. The issue was Bismarck got a few buffs that made it more appealing to use to many that and Brandenburg really overshadowed it I think. But I agree she’s a great brawler still just requires a little more skill I think and is a fun ship and imo the most beautiful of the German BB line.

I did noticed the guns became more accurate than the Biscuit herself, so i use Main Battery set up long range-high accuracy ever since i got both Tirpitz B and Normal Tirpitz.
I got the Tirpitz B in a crate a before the buff and love it, I was playing Bismarck with secondary build and Tirpitz with accurcy build and these guns are really good, people underestimate german cannon
The Tirpitz awhile ago got a 50 percent buff to her torpedo tubes health, so that explains why they seem to get knocked way less then other German BBs lol
Think she is pretty strong now. I had a game where i was being shot at by 6 enemy ships at the same time killed 4 pretty much solo and team killed the other 2 and survived with 25k hp

I was surprised to hear Vladivostok ranked below Tirpitz, considering that it's got the armor of an anvil when angled...maybe I'm biased a bit because my personal damage record is in the Vladivostok, but I've always had the Tirpitz in my Tier 7 Top 10 because my second greatest Tier 7 match was in the Tirpitz (my third best ever is in the Monarch...apparently I am a fan of 380-381 guns...go figure) It's nice to see Derka out there getting into scraps with the Tirpitz...it's always been a very good ship to play in my opinion. My question to Derka and his legion Derkanauts is this...what's the issue with the Prinz Eugen and what should be done to improve it? Discuss!
I’ve never vibed with vladi, especially now with bad AA and limited DCs with more powerful CVs, D7P, and Hybrid air drops. For me, on Prinz I would just put the reload booster in a different slot so that you can equip it WITH the sonar. Bam, instantly unique and strong. While hipper would retain its DPM advanatage
I just wish that Atago will get a buff too. Right now she is just a worse Suzuya in every way except AP. The range is low, awful dpm and turret traverse. This isn't even a Massachusetts and Alabama situation. Atleast Bama has better accuracy and REALLY good AA. Atago only has deck armor that doesn't cover the entire deck to compensate. It is so negligible because the superstructure will just make it pen anyways.
Atago is far better than suzuya unless your play style is sitting 16km at back of map spamming he. Can't ever remember seeing a suzuya anywhere near a cap.
Kraken sure is a hard medal to obtain ! It would be fun to make it ESSANTIAL to get a ship ! Anyway nice buff, but it won't make me buy it for now, 2020 was the time to get it (for gxp i missed the campain i was too bad at the game)
Awesome video from you sir as always thank you...must disagree with you slighlty though...best brawler in my humble opinion is Odin..taken on many a Tirpitz with my Hyde build without any issues...smaller but fast firing guns..smaller profile...more agile...awsome armor...for giggles sometimes I run her with Lutjens and double rudder in honor a certain CC :)..play her more like a very heavy cruiser and she is ball..not the best ship nor will she carry many games..but you point her noise to any American BB and its lights out for them...appreciate you as always.

I always built Tirpitz as a tank build, Bismarck for secondaries, and Scharnhorst for accuracy at least for PC.
Dont forget about having to get a kraken to get to the stage where u had to get 150k damage to finish the missions!
