It only shows "Not ready for a campaign,? Set up an account only. And when I click it still takes me to where I need to put in my card details and they are even telling me that they will charge me $10 automatically

For anyone using a business account that is tied to their Google Business Profile, you may NOT be able to see the "Switch to Expert Mode" that this video suggests. I had to sign in with a personal account (that did not have a Google Business Profile) and then I was able to see the "Expert Mode" and follow the rest of Danie's instructions. Google sure knows how to hide shit!!
I think the format has been changed, I saw the expert mode after I changed to a personal account but I couldn't get pass the submit button. It was continue,the next was fill out payment information
