I just sat down myself after meal prepping.
Totally agree that it cuts down on the stress for the week having it done.
I did a spaghetti squash, veggies, hamburger combination.
Healthy if you are counting carbs.

I try to cook on the weekends and then I take leftovers for lunch through the week. We also have a "falafel guy" on Wednesdays....so, yeah. Lolol

So much easier to get lunches ready on a Sunday. I can then get up for school, and not have to worry about it. Other teachers will have to go out to get theirs, or pay for a school lunch and school lunches are expensive here in England!
