The shield is charged with numulites, which are much easier to get than fossils. Also the reason you run out of run on the agility course is that rooftop courses restore a little bit of run every obstacle!

On leagues at least, killing shades was faster sanctity than repairing the temple, so you might try that to see if it's faster for you.
If you're burning lower-level shades (I think you need to do that to get the lower-level locks) you should definitely go out of your way to use lower-level logs because they require less oil per log. I don't remember the specifics, though; definitely check the wiki on this one.

I've been watching your entire Iron Completionist series in order on the playlist, so here is my like and comment for video #15!
Can you decant the sacred oil(4) into a sacred oil(1) and use it that way? ie: is the game coded to just eat the entire pot in your inventory, not check it's remaining doses?
If that works, very convenient.

You can dark bow the Vorkath spawn if you want to get that task knocked out quickly. GL!
I think you can use the fairy ring in the POH or QPC to teleport halfway through the Ape atoll agility course.
when you run out of run energy at ape atoll, climb up near the fairy ring, tele to poh to refresh and use fairy ring to come back :)

This is some GFUA level completionist content.
73 amulets at the end. It took me about 4500 pyre logs to green the log and I ended up with roughly 70 amulet of the damned
Jeez that is pretty unlucky.
Got to say, but I love your series. I'm rewatching the series, mainly as I was curious as to what KC you got the wyvern vissy at. I'm very jealous, as I'm currently over 30k kills with no drop. Congrats on the luck.

rooftop agility courses (and I think prif) don't pause your run energy recharge like all the old school agility courses

probably outdated by now but you can use fishing cape tele to Otto to get to mith drags

just wondering, what do you mean by 'non-repeatable' in the intro?
Non repeatable content is stuff you can unlock but doesn't necessarily have a collection log spot.
For example unlocking more bank spaces is something you can only do once. Same with something like doing all the balloon routes to have them all available to you.
