Well got my box today. Only a 3 legendary box. But 2 of the 3 were diablos and I pulled the Piglet Enchanted!!!

I pulled 6 legendaries 2 being foiled and and an enchanted Cinderella from the box I opened yesterday and it isn't the first time last week I pulled foil legendary maleficent and an enchanted Hades from the same box so it's not impossible

No you can pull them from individuals and blisters too. I got first chapter bell from a blister pack. You can also get them from troves. Ive seen a few people pull them from there. I think they are pullable in all types of packs

its insane to me to buy 5 boxes and dont get an enchanted but even if you do get 1 out of 5 boxes you spent more money to get a card thats prob going to be worth 150
