    You have 5000 single family houses in your township. Turn 100 of them into duplexes. And then you're done. They don't even have to look different from the outside.

    The housing market is insane and so expensive. Would love to get a house/condo instead of an apartment but there is nothing affordable!

    The mayor is terrified of multi-unit housing, which is ridiculous. We can’t keep pushing suburban sprawl. We need housing in all forms-like multilevel apartments and condos. Look at how housing is done in Austria and Finland. New Jersey is the most densely populated state; it's time to build housing that reflects that reality
